Influence of Plastisizer on Mechanochemical Dechlorination Reaction between PVC and NaOH

軟質ポリ塩化ビニル(PVC)として,農業用ビニルシートを用い,可塑剤(フタル酸エステル(FAE))含有および可塑剤除去の二種類のサンプルを調製した.おのおののサンプルを水酸化ナトリウム(NaOH)と,サンプル中の塩素(Cl)に対するNaOH中のナトリウム(Na)が所定のモル比となるように混合して,遊星ミルにより,室温にてメカノケミカル(MC)処理し,PVCとNaOHとのMC脱塩素反応に及ぼすFAEの影響を検討した.FAEが存在すると,MC脱塩素反応は阻害されるが,NaOHの添加量を増加することで,脱塩素率は大きく向上する.MC反応そのものは,FAEの存在に無関係であり,かつ,MC処理しても,FAEが水相側に溶出することはない.
