Luminescence quantum yield of CdTe quantum dots.

Changes of quantum yield of different quantum dots prepared by different synthetic processes with different surface coatings were measured by secondary method and compared. It was found out that quantum yield of quantum dots strongly depends on pH of reaction mixture, surface coating and purification process.
