Gd2O3:RE3+(RE:Eu,Tb)纳米棒的合成与表征

掺杂Eu和Tb离子的一维稀土氧化物发光材料因具有与其体相材料不同的光谱特性在近年来引起了人们的极大研究兴趣。(Gd0.9Eu0.1)(OH)3和(Gd0.9Tb0.1)(OH)3纳米棒前驱物通过水热法首先被合成,然后经退火处理得到Gd2O3∶RE3+(RE:Eu,Tb)纳米棒。FE-SEM的形貌测试结果表明,Gd2O3∶RE3+(RE:Eu,Tb)纳米棒有约为20~60nm直径和200~500nm长度。XRD的结构测试证实,所得到的Gd2O3∶RE3+(RE:Eu,Tb)纳米棒样品均属于立方晶系。光谱测试结果表明,同体相材料相比,Gd2O3∶RE3+(RE:Eu,Tb)纳米棒的Eu3+和Tb3+的特征发光峰出现了宽化现象,样品的纳…

Eu3+/Yb3+共掺杂ZrO2粉末的制备和发光性质研究

利用共沉淀方法制备了Eu3+/Yb3+单掺和共掺的ZrO2粉体材料,研究了煅烧温度和掺杂浓度对结构和发光性质的影响。XRD结果表明:所制备单掺样品含有单斜相和四方相2种不同结构,随着热处理温度的升高,四方相向单斜相转变,经1 150℃处理后,四方相消失,呈现单一的单斜相;Yb3+离子的掺入有稳定ZrO2四方相的作用,随着掺杂浓度的增加,单斜相转变为四方相。由于晶相的不同,Eu3+处在四方相和单斜相2种发光中心,二者发光性质不同。Eu3+/Yb3+共掺后,在270 nm激发Eu3+时,观测到了Yb3+在近红外波段(980 nm)的发光,同时证实Eu3+的激发光谱和Yb3+的激发光谱相一致,表明存在Eu3+到Yb3+的能量传递,交叉弛…

为了研究非平衡凝固条件下(Fe83Ga17)100-xMx(x=0、0.5、1、1.5;M—C、B)合金的相组成及其磁致伸缩性能,采用吹铸的方式制备了(Fe83Ga17)100-xMx(x=0、0.5、1、1.5;M—C、B)合金,结果表明,合金保持了A2(bcc-Fe(Ga))相结构。C、B元素对合金微观组织产生了很大影响,C完全固溶于bcc-Fe中,B于晶界处大量富集,晶粒形状呈区域定向排列。添加C、B均对Fe83Ga17合金的磁致伸缩性能产生了抑制作用。添加C增大了弹性模量,当x=1时磁致伸缩值最大;添加B对合金组织产生了巨大影响,随着B含量的增加形成了明显的铸造织构,并且生成了富含Fe2B的相,x=1.5时磁致伸缩值最大。
