采用种子乳液聚合法合成了马来酸酐官能化的核-壳结构聚丙烯酸酯类冲击改性剂(AIM—g—MAH,简写为mAIM),并用熔融挤出法,制备mAIM/PA6合金。采用傅里叶红外光谱、动态激光粒度分析仪、扫描电镜表征了mAIM的结构特征;考察了mAIM的粒径、核壳比、马来酸酐含量、mAIM与PA6的共混比例对mAIM/PA6合金的力学性能的影响。结果表明:当mAIM粒径为350nm左右,核壳比为85/15,马来酸酐的含量为1%,PA6与mAIM的共混比例为70/30时合金的冲击强度最好,冲击强度为290J/m,比纯PA6树脂提高了6倍左右。

采用SEM、EDS、XRD和XPS等分析手段研究了HFC-125/N2混合气体对AZ91D镁合金熔体的保护效果,以及所形成的表面膜的形成过程。结果表明:HFC-125可以对镁熔体提供长期有效的阻燃保护;所得镁熔体表面膜主要由MgF2构成;随着时间的延长,表面膜内Mg含量逐渐减少,F含量逐渐增多。
