通过对经6GPa压力(700℃下)处理前后铜一铝合金在加热过程中α+γ2→β相变温度、相变时间和相变激活能的测试与计算,探讨了高压处理对合金中α+γ2→β相变的影响。结果表明:高压处理能降低合金的α+γ2→β相变温度和相变激活能,缩短相变时间,有利于α+γ2→β相变,但对相变机制的影响不大。

主要研究了不同Sm掺杂浓度对Ba4La19.33Ti18O54陶瓷的微波介电性能和微观结构的影响。首先利用常规固相反应技术制备了Sm含量y分别为0.0,0.1,0.3,0.5和0.7的五种Ba4(La1-ySmy)9.33Ti18O54陶瓷样品;室温下在0.3~3.0GHz频率范围内,利用网格分析仪测量了这些样品的介电常数和介电损耗因子;结果表明随着Sm掺杂含量的增大,样品介电损耗明显减小,而介电常数只有微小减少。当Sm掺杂含量y=0.5时,样品的介电性能最好。此外,还利用X射线衍射仪和扫描电子显微镜研究了样品的微观结构及随微波介电性能的变化。

500 kV晋陵变220 kV GIS设备发生SF6泄漏问题,为确保设备安全运行和可靠供电,经多方协作,对泄漏的GIS设备进行了漏气消缺工作:先由厂方人员对漏气气室进行检修(一个月后,厂家与用户对GIS泄露原因进行了联合调查);后由中试所人员对检修部分进行基于LC谐振原理的耐压试验;耐压试验通过后,对停役的GIS设备恢复运行。最后介绍了该次220 kV GISⅠ、Ⅱ母停役检修对区域电网造成的不利影响。

研究了铁(Ⅲ)催化H2O2氧化2-(5-羧基-1,3,4-三氮唑偶氮)-5-二乙氨基苯甲酸(CTZDBA)的褪色反应及其动力学条件,褪色反应程度与铁(Ⅲ)量在一定范围内呈线性关系,建立了测定痕量铁(Ⅲ)的催化动力学光度法。在pH4.0的HAc-NaAc缓冲溶液介质中,褪色体系的最大吸收波长581nm,Fe(Ⅲ)的质量浓度在0.0008~0.04μg/mL范围内符合线性关系,回归方程为ΔA=25.325ρ-8.02×10-3(ρ:μg/mL),相关系数为0.9977,检出限3.78×10-10g/mL,方法用于头发和面粉中痕量铁的测定,结果与AAS测定结果相符。

本研究成功開發氧化鋅基電阻式記憶體之製程與元件特性,分別開發出具有單極性與雙極性電阻轉換特性之製程,均具有良好的操作特性與非揮發記憶特性。我們針對雙極性電阻轉換特性進一步探討,由電阻值對電極面積相關性以及對量測溫度相依性,推測其工作機制為局部導電的燈絲理論。我們亦探討電極材料對於氧化鋅基電阻式記憶體之影響性,研究發現選用具儲存氧離子或易氧化之電極材料是一大重要關鍵,其中以鉻電極具有最佳操作穩定性。 本研究亦開發二氧化鈦基電阻式記憶體之製程與元件特性,利用磁控濺鍍法鍍膜氣氛調控二氧化鈦薄膜之結晶結構,探討其對於電阻轉換特性之影響性。結果發現高電阻值受薄膜結晶結構影響,但低電阻值卻保持定值不變,推測工作機制為燈絲理論。此外,我們在二氧…

以苯乙烯(St)、γ-甲基丙烯酰氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷(TMSPMA)为单体,十二烷基硫酸钠和辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚为复合乳化剂,通过乳液聚合法制备了St—TMSPMA共聚物。用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪对共聚物进行了表征,1090cm^-1。处Si-O-Si键的吸收峰和1723cm^-1处羰基的伸缩振动吸收峰表明TMSPMA与St发生了共聚反应;研究了反应温度、引发剂浓度、乳化剂浓度和TMSPMA浓度对乳液共聚反应速率的影响,结果表明,升高反应温度、增大引发剂或乳化剂浓度以及降低TMSPMA浓度都可以提高聚合反应速率。

采用溶胶-凝胶法合成具有锐钛矿型TiO2晶粒的TiO2-SiO2复合溶胶,通过浸渍提拉工艺常温制备TiO2-SiO2复合薄膜。考察正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)用量对薄膜结构及性能的影响。结果表明:随着TEOS用量的增加,溶胶的稳定性降低,薄膜的透光率及光催化活性先增大后减小。在Si:Ti摩尔比为1:8时,复合溶胶与薄膜的综合性能达到最优;与单一TiO2溶胶相比,TiO2-SiO2复合溶胶的平均粒度从44增大到75nm;与单一TiO2薄膜相比,TiO2-SiO2复合薄膜的表面粗糙度增大,对罗丹明B的分解率从46.1%提高到67.0%,对水接触角由16°下降到3°,透光率显著增强。

采用低温燃烧法制备了NaYF4:Er^3+,Yb^3+上转换纳米发光粉。确定最佳工艺参数为:尿素用量为200%stio,烧结温度为600℃,反应时间为8min。通过X射线衍射和透射电镜分析了晶粒尺寸和粉体粒径,粒径为30~35nm。结构为六方晶相。NaYF4:Er^3+,Yb^3+样品对980nm附近的波长具有上转换发光效应,上转换发射光谱5个发光峰分别为380、408、522、540和658nm。拟合材料发光强度与泵浦功率之间的关系说明,380、408nm紫光发射属于三光子过程,526、540和652nm发射均属于双光子过程。
