简单介绍了IEC/TS60815-1、-2:2008相对IEC/TR60815:1986的变化,还以西安电瓷研究所自然污秽试验站和污秽实验室进行的人工和自然污秽试验结果为例说明IEC/TS60815-1中规定的污秽条件下使用的高压绝缘子的选取和尺寸确定方法。新版的IEC/TS60815系列规范对污秽条件下使用的高压绝缘子的选择和尺寸确定比旧版标准提供了更确切的方法和更多的选择。介绍了IEC/TS60815-1中规定的3种方法中的方法1（使用过去的经验）和方法2（测量和试验）,结果表明,这两种方法的结果是一致的。在方法2中,详细地介绍了简化统计法的应用过程。
通过对德国工业润滑相关标准、相关实验及实际高压开关设备的润滑应用工况,解析了高压电气接触、SF6动态密封和操动机构的润滑优化依据和典型的行业应用。总结了高压电气接触润滑、操动机构、GIS密封润滑剂应用的成分、种类选择:低于60 kV的电气接触润滑,考虑到应用经济性可选择PAO（全合成烃类）+特殊皂基专用电气接触润滑脂;高于60 kV的电气接触润滑必须选择PFPE（全氟聚醚）+PTFE（聚四氟乙烯类）专用特制电气接触润滑脂;SF6动态密封根据使用的橡胶材料EPDM,需要使用PG（聚乙二醇类）、硅基础、PFPE类润滑脂,润滑的关键是和EPDM兼容性好,高粘附性但具有低摩擦系数、抗腐蚀性介质;弹簧操动机构的润滑需要考虑润滑脂的抗老化性、…
