油包水“多面液胞”中水滑石的接枝共聚合

为克服通常丙烯酰胺(AM)类油包水乳液的不稳定性及减少油相,研究了在油包水“多面液胞”(W/OPHC)中进行的AM类水溶性单体的自由基接枝聚合反应.首次引入水滑石(LDH3)作为接枝骨架,合成一系列W/OPHC型阳离子、阴阳离子型的有机-无机两性LDH3接枝共聚产物.重点报道该新型聚合反应过程,从动力学角度研究其最佳反应条件;用透射电镜(TEM)表征PHC在W/O乳液中的百分率和PHC的体积大小;用红外表征最终产物的结构.这类产物是目前最新开发的高效多功能水处理剂,可用于絮凝剂和污泥脱水剂等.

聚吡咯/DS~-膜电聚合过程及其可控离子交换行为的EQCM研究

采用电沉积方法在铂基体上制备了十二烷基磺酸根掺杂聚吡咯(PPy/DS-)薄膜。通过电化学石英晶体微天平技术探讨了膜的聚合机制,并结合循环伏安法和XPS能谱考察了PPy/DS-薄膜在碱金属和碱土金属溶液中的电化学行为和离子置入/置出机制。结果表明:PPy/DS-薄膜具有良好的电活性;膜电极在进行氧化还原扫描的同时伴随有阴/阳离子的交换,通过控制电位可单独实现阳(阴)离子的交换过程;电压范围为-1.05~0.14V时,薄膜在CsNO3溶液中循环扫描只伴随着Cs+的交换;PPy/DS-薄膜在碱金属溶液中的稳定性高于碱土金属溶液,尤其在CsNO3溶液中显示了良好的稳定性。PPy/DS-膜可用作优良的电控离子交换材料分离Cs离子。

QP(-T)工艺对35Si2Ni2钢组织和力学性能的影响

研究了“淬火-配分-(回火)”(Q-P(-T))工艺处理对35Si2Ni2钢显微组织和力学性能的影响,并与传统的淬火回火(Q-T)工艺进行比较,用SEM、TEM、XRD分析了微观组织。试验结果表明:相对于传统Q-T工艺,经Q-P工艺处理后得到了较多的残余奥氏体,强度水平稍有降低,而塑韧性明显提高,经Q-P32艺处理后再进行回火处理,残余奥氏体分解,析出e碳化物,导致Q-P工艺处理钢的屈服强度升高,屈强比升高。

新型医用无镍不锈钢(BIOSSN4)的细胞毒性评价

目的:评价新型医用无镍不锈钢(BIOSSN4)的细胞毒性。方法:将BIOSSN4的浸提液与体外培养的小鼠成纤维细胞L929接触后,进行MTT实验来评定材料的细胞毒性,并与传统的医用316L不锈钢的生物学性能相比较。结果:BIOSSN4对细胞增殖的抑制作用小于316L不锈钢组,统计学分析结果显示:两种金属材料与阴性对照组的吸光度值之间的差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05),与阳性对照组之间的吸光度值之间的差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:BIOSSN4无镍不锈钢具有微弱的细胞毒性,符合临床应用要求,为其应用提供了一定的生物学依据。

研究了在不同温度下的NaNO3和AgNO3水溶液中Li1.3Ti1.7Al0.3(PO4)3和Na1.3Ti1.7Al0.3(PO4)3离子交换行为.实验表明Li1.3Ti1.7Al0.3(PO4)3和Na1.3Ti1.7Al0.3(PO4)3均显示出了高选择性与Na+和Ag+进行离子交换的特征,且对Ag+的选择性高于Na+.升高温度可显著提高Ag/Li和Ag/Na的交换反应速度.

采用聚二甲基硅烷(PDMS)和二茂铁合成了聚铁碳硅烷(PFCS),PFCS高温烧成可制成磁性纳米Fe3Si/SiC复合陶瓷吸收剂。研究了铁含量、烧成温度和保温时间等因素对吸收剂电磁参数的影响。结果表明:随着铁含量增加、烧成温度提高和保温时间延长,吸收剂的复介电常数的e'、e″和er明显增大。

以钛酸四正丁酯和无水乙醇为主要原料,掺杂一定比例的Fe3+,采用溶胶-凝胶法(Sol-Gel)制备TiO2-Fe2O3复合催化剂,并用XRD和SEM等手段进行表征。以4-(2-吡啶偶氮)间苯二酚(PAR)光催化降解为模型反应,在可见光条件下对所制备的催化剂催化性能进行表征和评价。结果表明:掺铁TiO2比不掺杂TiO2有更高的催化活性,同时也验证掺铁量在0.5%时,光催化活性最高。焙烧温度在400℃时,催化活性大。

通过4,6-二氨基间苯二酚(DADHP)、对苯二甲酸(PTA)和羧酸化单壁碳纳米管(SWNT-COOH,SWNT经强氧化酸处理获得)之间的络合反应,合成了用于PBO/SWNT聚合的复合物(DADHP-PTA-SWNT-COOH络合盐),并成功制备了一系列SWNT含量不同的PBO/SWNT复合材料。对SWNT—COOH、DADHP/PTMSWNT—COOH络合盐和PBO/SWNT复合材料进行傅立叶红外光谱和扫描电子显微镜表征。结果表明:经过酸处理后,SWNT获得羧基,表面极性功能基团数量增加,在聚合物基体中的分散性提高,SWNT用量为2.5%时,分散效果最佳。

通过熔融法分别制备了三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)/纳米碳酸(nano-CaCO3)交联母料及其与聚酰胺6(PA6)共混的三元复合材料。利用场发射扫描电子显微镜研究了EPDM交联对PA6/EPDM/nano-CaCO3三元复合材料形态的影响。结果表明,随着过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)含量从0.30 %(质量分数,下同)降低到0时,PA6/EPDM/nano-CaCO3三元复合材料中"沙袋结构"粒子粒径变小;冲击强度从 22kJ/m2提高到47 kJ/m2;拉伸强度和弯曲强度变化不明显。在受到外力作用时,含有均匀分散的"沙袋结构"粒子的三元复合材料通过"沙袋结构"粒子诱发纤微化和"扩张带"耗散外界作用能。
