以甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)和乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷(ETES)进行自由基共聚制备预聚物,通过溶胶-凝胶法与铝溶胶制备出了有机-无机杂化耐磨涂料。通过磨耗试验与红外光谱对其制备工艺进行了系统研究,结果表明,当MMA和BA质量比为55:40,树脂与铝溶胶质量比为10:1,水解缩聚时间为1h时,涂膜中有效形成了Si-O-Si和Al-O-Si键,具有较好的透明性和抗紫外能力,其耐磨性最佳。
