通过XRD、SEM等测试手段,研究了钙铝硼硅/氧化铝系玻璃-陶瓷一个典型组成的致密化过程,并讨论了在这过程中物相、微观结构以及介电性能的变化规律。结果表明,CaO对烧结有一定的促进作用。在添加11.5%wt CaO在725℃烧结保温0.5h,玻璃试样性能为,er=6.19,tanδ=0.0029。复相玻璃陶瓷样品中随着CaO含量增加,玻璃的析晶倾向增大;当CaO含量为17%时,有钙长石析出,样品介电性能下降。

以具有一定活性的偏高岭土兼作铝源与硅源、正磷酸作磷源、三乙醇胺和十六烷基三甲基溴化铵为复合模板剂,于473K水热反应16h合成了高硅SAPO-5分子筛。利用X射线衍射、Fourier变换红外光谱、扫描电镜、29Si,27Al固态核磁共振和能谱分析等手段对产物结构进行了表征。结果表明:采用十六烷基三甲基溴化铵复合三乙醇胺作模板剂,可以促进SAPO-5晶体产物的形成。在473K下,晶化时间为16h时,可得到结晶度较高的SAPO-5晶体,其形貌为尺寸大约为20μm×5μm×5μm的规则柱状晶体,结构中Si与Al的摩尔比为0.55,在间二甲苯异构化反应中具有较高的催化活性。
