分别采用液相法和固相法制备的纳米粉,制得透明性良好的Nd∶(Y0.9La0.1)2O3透明陶瓷,并测试了各样品的结构,光谱及光学性能.结果表明:该陶瓷具有相同的光谱性能|但液相法复合纳米粉制备的透明陶瓷光学性能优于固相反应法制备的透明陶瓷|固相反应法制备的透明陶瓷,由于有部分La2O3分布不均,易导致晶粒生长不均匀和残留少量气孔|长时间球磨混料,也不利于样品性能的提高.

新型医用Ti12.5Zr2.5Nb2.5Ta钛合金的耐腐蚀性及生物相容性

采用动电位扫描技术研究了新型医用Ti12.5Zr2.5Nb2.5Ta (TZNT)钛合金以及另外三种钛合金在林格氏溶液中的腐蚀行为,并对合金表面形成的钝化膜进行了分析,用皮下埋植试验评价了四种合金的生物相容性.结果表明:与另外三种合金相比,TZNT合金更易进入钝化状态;其钝化电位区间最宽,维钝电流较小,其表面的钝化膜更稳定,具有更优异的耐腐蚀性能;与Ti6Al4V和Ti6Al7Nb合金相比,TZNT和TA2合金植入白鼠体内4周和8周后无论是炎细胞密度还是植入物周围的纤维膜厚度均有所降低,具有良好的生物相容性.
