以γ-Al2O3为载体,浸渍法分别负载助剂CeO2,MgO,K2O,ZrO2和活性组分PdO制备催化剂PdO-M/Al2O3.在微型固定床反应器中测试催化剂的反应活性.应用TPD和TPR表征催化剂表面吸附性能.依据TPR曲线计算其H2-TPR活化能,评价催化剂的活性与反应活化能之间的关系.结果表明,催化剂2%PdO/Al2O3的催化活性较好,在380℃CH4即完全氧化;在温度一定的条件下,反应速率是由反应活化能和反应指前因子共同决定的;不同催化剂对同一反应过程中指前因子和活化能的影响也不同.

利用Mg-20%Sb中间合金对过共晶Mg-4.8%Si合金进行变质处理,考察sb的含量对Mg2Si初晶变质效果(主要包括形态和尺寸1的影响规律,并讨论其变质机制。结果表明:Sb的加入量是决定其能否有效变质过共晶Mg-4.8%Si合金中Mg2Si初晶的重要因素;在未变质的过共晶Mg-Si合金中,Mg2Si初晶以粗大的树枝晶状为主;当Sb加入量低于0.8%(质量分数)时,Mg2Si初晶形态无明显改善,其平均尺寸略有降低;当Sb加入量达到并超过1.2%后,Sb才能有效变质过共晶Mg-4.8%Si合金中Mg2Si初晶,且Mg2Si初晶呈细小的颗粒状弥散分布,其平均尺寸迅速减小;其变质机制应与残留在熔体中弥散分布的Mg3Sb2粒子作为Mg2…

为了便于固体氧化物燃料电池(SOFC)的性能预测和控制方案设计,提出一种基于支持向量机(SVM)的建模方法,用具有RBF核函数的SVM建立了SOFC电池堆的非线性模型。应用仿真对所建SVM模型的有效性和精度进行了检验,并与BPNN模型的辨识效果进行了比较。仿真结果证明与BPNN模型相比,SVM模型具有较高的建模精度。该SVM辨识模型的建立,对SOFC系统的控制策略研究具有一定的实用价值。

利用 FactSage software 软件计算了 BCl3–C3H6–H2体系的热力学相图,分析了反应气体分压、系统总压以及沉积温度对热力学相图中固相产物种类、分布区域及面积的影响规律与作用机制。结果表明:(1)系统总压是影响相图中固相产物种类、分布区域及其面积的最主要因素。随系统总压升高,固相产物由简到繁,相图内 B 单质区域的面积增加,B+B4C 及 B4C+C 区域面积减小,B4C 区域面积变化不明显,各区域明显右移;相图内气态区域面积增加。(2)反应气体分压影响相图中固相产物的元素含量。随 C3H6分压增加,固相产物由 B 含量高的产物向 C 含量高的产物转变,即由B单质或 B+B4C 向 B4C+C 转变。(3)在…

研究了时效温度和时效时间对不同冷变形条件下Cu-2.0Ni-0.5Si合金性能的影响。在Gleeble-1500D热模拟试验机上,采用高温等温压缩试验,对Cu-2.0Ni-0.5Si合金在高温压缩变形中的流变应力行为进行了研究。结果表明,合金经900℃固溶,当变形量为40%,时效温度达到450℃时,其显微硬度达到201HV,导电率达到34%IACS。随变形温度升高,合金的流变应力下降,随应变速率提高,流变应力增大。在应变温度为700、800℃时,合金热压缩变形流变应力出现了明显的峰值应力,表现为连续动态再结晶特征。从流变应力、应变速率和温度的相关性,得出了该合金高温热压缩变形时的变形激活能Q。

熱電元件的整體性能與防止焊錫與熱電材料發生反應的擴散阻絕層之結構完整性密切相關。雖然無電鍍鎳是目前業界製作熱電模組之首選材料,但是無可避免在無電鍍鎳兩端會因焊接反應以及後續操作情況下逐漸被消耗形成NiTe 與Ni3Sn4介金屬化合物,最後將進一步影響到元件的效能。本研究根據簡單置換化學反應所開發的水熱法可成功製備α-CuTe擴散阻絕層。若在焊錫中具有過量的Cu6Sn5析出物存在於焊接反應界面附近將可有效的抑制SnTe介金屬化合物的生成。然而,由於銅在碲化鉍材料的快速擴散反應,因此無法在焊錫/碲化鉍反應界面形成同樣的層狀結構。儘管如此,本研究所提出利用水熱法製備的α-CuTe層將可用來當作在沈積無電鍍鎳前於碲元素基材上所沉積的種子層。
