将Native制备电泳应用于Rhizopus microsporus var.chinensis中2个葡萄糖淀粉酶同工酶的分离,考察了电泳缓冲系统、凝胶浓度和凝胶长度对分离效果的影响。结果表明:先使用Ornstein-Davis系统分离同工酶,再使用0,02mol/L,pH6.2的NaAc·CH3COOH缓冲液洗脱,在长度为6cm的7%的Native电泳胶上,2个性质相近仅电泳迁移率略有羞别的同工酶能有效分离。分离回收的蛋白质可保持其活力,便于后续研究。

采用锥形量热仪、烟密度仪和电导率测定法研究了Mg(OH)2对聚氯乙烯(PVC)燃烧特性的影响,并探讨了体系中HCl的释放规律以及能体现出协同效应并最大限度降低HCl生成量的复配法。结果表明:将Mg(OH)2加入到PVC中后,PVC的起始分解温度略有提高,体系残炭量较纯PVC明显增加,促进了PVC的热解,有利于PVC形成炭骨架;Mg(OH)2加入后在300~500 s内使烟对光吸收率和热解质量损失都达到最大,在500 s后开始呈现下降趋势,将其与Sb2O3混合能产生极大的阻燃协同效应,烟对光吸收率最大值、烟对光吸收率平均值及热解残留物质量分别为Sb2O3的6.38%,10.34%和1.32倍;Mg(OH)2能使体系的HCl释放总量减…

膜厚均匀性是评价光学薄膜的重要标准之一。膜厚均匀性不好,膜系特性就会遭到严重破坏。作为用于光学薄膜的主要低折射率材料,SiO 2 导热性很弱,且以升华的方式进行蒸发,具有特殊的蒸发特性,导致在利用电子束加热蒸发方式镀膜的过程中,膜厚分布会发生明显变化,从而严重影响薄膜质量。为了分析SiO 2 材料蒸发特性对膜厚均匀性的影响,对电子束焦斑热量分布进行了计算模拟,据此得到蒸发质量的分布。根据蒸发质量分布和蒸发源表面各点蒸发角的变化,计算了蒸发源在空间球面和空间平面上的分布。根据分析结果,总结了SiO 2 材料蒸发特性对膜厚均匀性产生影响的原因及膜厚分布的特点,为调整和改进SiO 2 材料镀膜工艺提供参考。
