Mg(OH)2对聚氯乙烯热解燃烧特性及产生氯化氢的影响

采用锥形量热仪、烟密度仪和电导率测定法研究了Mg(OH)2对聚氯乙烯(PVC)燃烧特性的影响,并探讨了体系中HCl的释放规律以及能体现出协同效应并最大限度降低HCl生成量的复配法。结果表明:将Mg(OH)2加入到PVC中后,PVC的起始分解温度略有提高,体系残炭量较纯PVC明显增加,促进了PVC的热解,有利于PVC形成炭骨架;Mg(OH)2加入后在300~500 s内使烟对光吸收率和热解质量损失都达到最大,在500 s后开始呈现下降趋势,将其与Sb2O3混合能产生极大的阻燃协同效应,烟对光吸收率最大值、烟对光吸收率平均值及热解残留物质量分别为Sb2O3的6.38%,10.34%和1.32倍;Mg(OH)2能使体系的HCl释放总量减…

膜厚均匀性是评价光学薄膜的重要标准之一。膜厚均匀性不好,膜系特性就会遭到严重破坏。作为用于光学薄膜的主要低折射率材料,SiO 2 导热性很弱,且以升华的方式进行蒸发,具有特殊的蒸发特性,导致在利用电子束加热蒸发方式镀膜的过程中,膜厚分布会发生明显变化,从而严重影响薄膜质量。为了分析SiO 2 材料蒸发特性对膜厚均匀性的影响,对电子束焦斑热量分布进行了计算模拟,据此得到蒸发质量的分布。根据蒸发质量分布和蒸发源表面各点蒸发角的变化,计算了蒸发源在空间球面和空间平面上的分布。根据分析结果,总结了SiO 2 材料蒸发特性对膜厚均匀性产生影响的原因及膜厚分布的特点,为调整和改进SiO 2 材料镀膜工艺提供参考。

采用机械合金化结合热压的方法,制备了纳米晶(Mg0.97X0.03)3Sb2(X=Mg、Cr、Cu、Ti),进行了微结构表征和电阻率测量。结果表明其平均晶粒尺寸不超过40nm。(Mg0.97X0.03)3Sb2晶体结构四面体位置的Mg-Sb结合距离变短,共价性增强。室温电阻从543Ωcm(Mg3Sb2)下降到137Ωcm((Mg0.97Cr0.03)3Sb2)、121Ωcm((Mg0.97Ti0.03)3Sb2)、109Ωcm((Mg0.97Cu0.03)3Sb2)。替代样品的电阻在低温时为变程跳跃电导。电阻率的降低是由于替代形成的晶格中化学环境变化,原子间结合强度增加所致。
