目的采用高效凝胶渗透色谱法(HPGPC)测定羟乙基淀粉200/0.5氯化钠注射液中的分子量。方法以醋酸盐缓冲液为流动相;柱温35℃;流速0.7mL·min^-1;色谱柱为凝胶色谱柱Uhrohydrogel 1000(300mm×7.8m,10μm)。结果重均分子量为1.9×10^5~2.9×10^5。结论所建方法简便、准确、精密度好。

采用并流共沉淀法制备了Ni含量不同的介孔Ni-CaO-ZrO2纳米复合氧化物催化剂,研究了其在CH4-CO2重整反应中的催化性能。利用N2吸附-脱附(BET)、X射线粉末衍射(XRD)、程序升温还原(TPR)以及程序升温氧化(TPO)等手段对催化剂进行了表征。结果表明,Ni含量对催化剂的物化性质和催化性能有较大影响,低Ni含量的催化剂具备较完善的介孔结构,该种结构非常有利于Ni物种的分散及其在高温下的抗烧结能力,从而提高了催化剂的稳定性;但过低的Ni负载量会造成催化剂表面Ni活性位过少,进而影响催化剂的活性;另一方面,Ni含量过高会导致催化剂介孔结构的坍塌,Ni在反应条件下烧结严重,大尺寸的Ni颗粒会大大增加积炭的生成,从而造成催…

通过酸性2,4,6-三硝基间苯二酚(HTNR)的锰盐与3-叠氮-1,2,4-三唑(AZT)在水溶液中反应,制备得到一种新颖的锰配合物[Mn(AZT)2(H2O)4](HTNR)2·4H2O.通过元素分析和红外光谱对配合物进行了表征,用X射线单晶衍射分析确定其晶体结构.该配合物为三斜晶系,空间群为P1,中心锰(Ⅱ)离子为六配位的畸变的八面体结构,分子内和分子间强烈的氢键作用构成了有序的三维(3D)网状结构.采用差示扫描量热(DSC)和热重-微分热重(TG-DTG)分析技术研究了配合物的热分解特性,并预测了它的热分解反应机理.利用Kissinger方法和Ozawa-Doyle方法研究了其第一放热分解峰的分解动力学过程.其分解过程包括一…
