SSS/AM/DAC共聚物的合成及其钻井液体系性能研究

尝试以苯乙烯磺酸钠(SSS)、丙烯酰胺(AM)和丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵(DAC)为反应单体,过硫酸铵(APS)为引发剂,合成了一种水溶性三元共聚物。在单体总浓度为50%,SSS:AM:DAC=3:4:3(质量比),引发剂浓度为1.5%,反应温度72-76℃时,得到特性粘度较高的共聚物,通过红外光谱对聚合物进行了结构表征。利用旋转粘度计、失水仪和扫描电镜为评价工具,对共聚物钻井泥浆各种性能进行研究,结果表明,SSS/AM/DAC共聚物钻井液体系具有良好的降滤失、耐温抗盐能力。

以秦岭太白山地衣太白茶为原料,提取、分离其中的活性成分松萝酸.用高分辨快原子轰击质谱(HR-FABMS)确定了化学式,1H-NMR表征了分子结构,单晶X-射线衍射确定了晶体结构;并用Gaussian 03程序、密度泛函(DFT)方法计算了该化合物的优化结构、电荷分布、前线轨道能量及其组成.结果表明,该物质的晶体属于正交晶系,P2(1)2(1)2(1)空间群,a=8.007 4(11)A,b=18.818(3),c=20.200(3)A,α=β=γ=90°,V=3 043.8(7)A^3,Z=8,Dc=1.503 g/cm^3,F(000)=144 0,μ(MoKa)=0.117 mm-1,R1=0.032 6,wR2=0.077…

介质pH对银基上4-甲基-4H-3-巯基-1,2,4-三氮唑成膜结构和缓蚀性能影响的SERS和电化学研究

在不同pH介质中,缓蚀试剂4-甲基-4H-3-巯基-1,2,4-三氮唑(4-MTTL)都能在银基底上形成自组装膜。SERS光谱表明:当pH=3时,4-MTTL分子是以硫醇式,通过两个氮原子为吸附位点,以较平躺方式在银表面构筑自组装膜;当介质为pH=7和pH=11时,4-MTTL以硫醇式,通过氮和硫原子为吸附位点倾斜或垂直方式作用于银表面。由于后者的吸附方式比前者更为垂直于表面,所以形成的膜中分子排列更为致密。电化学极化实验也表明,在pH=3的条件下,形成的4-MTTL单层有更正的腐蚀电位;在pH=11时,构筑的膜缓蚀能力强于pH=7的。并由电化学交流阻抗数据解析了相应的缓蚀机理。

采用转矩流变仪,通过共混方法制备了回收PVB/ABS合金、增容PVB/ABS合金和纳米CaCO3填充改性PVB/ABS合金,研究了PVB对ABS、增容PVB/ABS合金和纳米CaCO3对增容PVB/ABS合金力学性能的影响.结果表明,加入ABS-g-MAH和SAN-g-EPDM可改善PVB/ABS相容性和力学性能,ABS-g-MAH增容共混物力学性能优于SAN-g-EPDM增容体系,ABS-g-MAH加入量为5%~7%,纳米CaCO3添加量为5%时,PVB/ABS共混体系具有最优的综合力学性能.

Al-Zn-Mg-Cu合金热压缩流变应力行为及组织演变

采用Gleeble-1500D热力模拟试验机进行了Al-Zn-Mg-Cu合金的等温压缩实验,变形温度为250~450℃,应变速率为0.001~0.1s^-1,变形量为10%~50%,获得了热压缩变形的真应力-真应变曲线。应力-应变曲线基本呈现回复型曲线特征,计算得出其应力指数为4.60,热变形激活能为186.70kJ.mol^-1;综合分析了变形温度、应变速率和变形量对组织演变的影响规律,确定了Al-Zn-Mg-Cu合金的锻造工艺参数为:锻造温度区间420~350℃,应变速率0.01~0.1s-1,变形量〉30%。

研究了球磨方法制备的Mg2Ni-xMLNi3.8Co0.75Mn0.4Al0.2(x=0,10,20,30)复合型镁基储氢合金的电化学性能。结果表明,相比原始Mg2Ni合金,添加球磨制备的MLNi3.8Co0.75Mn0.4Al0.2复合型镁基储氢合金的循环放电性能和电化学催化活性都得到改善,其中以Mg:Ni-30wt%MLNi3.8Co0.75Mn0.4Al0.2复合型镁基储氢合金的电化学性能改善效果最佳。
