在不同pH介质中,缓蚀试剂4-甲基-4H-3-巯基-1,2,4-三氮唑(4-MTTL)都能在银基底上形成自组装膜。SERS光谱表明:当pH=3时,4-MTTL分子是以硫醇式,通过两个氮原子为吸附位点,以较平躺方式在银表面构筑自组装膜;当介质为pH=7和pH=11时,4-MTTL以硫醇式,通过氮和硫原子为吸附位点倾斜或垂直方式作用于银表面。由于后者的吸附方式比前者更为垂直于表面,所以形成的膜中分子排列更为致密。电化学极化实验也表明,在pH=3的条件下,形成的4-MTTL单层有更正的腐蚀电位;在pH=11时,构筑的膜缓蚀能力强于pH=7的。并由电化学交流阻抗数据解析了相应的缓蚀机理。

ANALYSIS OF MICROMECHANICAL AND TRIBOLOGICAL PROPERTIES OF nc-WC/a-C AND nc-WC/a-C:H NANOCOMPOSITE COATINGS
采用Gleeble-1500D热力模拟试验机进行了Al-Zn-Mg-Cu合金的等温压缩实验,变形温度为250~450℃,应变速率为0.001~0.1s^-1,变形量为10%~50%,获得了热压缩变形的真应力-真应变曲线。应力-应变曲线基本呈现回复型曲线特征,计算得出其应力指数为4.60,热变形激活能为186.70kJ.mol^-1;综合分析了变形温度、应变速率和变形量对组织演变的影响规律,确定了Al-Zn-Mg-Cu合金的锻造工艺参数为:锻造温度区间420~350℃,应变速率0.01~0.1s-1,变形量〉30%。
研究了球磨方法制备的Mg2Ni-xMLNi3.8Co0.75Mn0.4Al0.2(x=0,10,20,30)复合型镁基储氢合金的电化学性能。结果表明,相比原始Mg2Ni合金,添加球磨制备的MLNi3.8Co0.75Mn0.4Al0.2复合型镁基储氢合金的循环放电性能和电化学催化活性都得到改善,其中以Mg:Ni-30wt%MLNi3.8Co0.75Mn0.4Al0.2复合型镁基储氢合金的电化学性能改善效果最佳。
