粘着剤の力学特性の中でも最も基本的な粘弾性特性に着目して,その大変形挙動をオイラー型解法でシミュレーションするための手法について述べる。物体の大変形を数値シミュレーションするためには,計算メッシュを物体の変形に追従させるラグランジェ型解法と計算メッシュを空間に固定して物体を変形させるオイラー型解法の2つがある。これまで粘着剤の変形解析には主にラグランジェ型解法が用いられてきたが,計算メッシュの歪みから大変形領域ではシミュレーション不能となる場面が多くあった。本報では粘弾性体の大変形解析に対してオイラー型解法を適用することにより,これまで困難であった大変形シミュレーションが可能となることを例題計算を通して示す。

粘着剤の大変形シミュレーションにおいて,その材料特性を忠実に再現するための構成方程式について述べる。極めて大きな変形を示す粘着剤の材料特性としては,主に以下の2つが広く知られている。1つ目は速度依存性のある粘弾性であり,2つ目はひずみの増加に伴って剛性が急激に大きくなるゴム弾性である。定量的整合性に優れた実用的な粘着剤の大変形シミュレーシ・ヨンのためには,粘着剤の材料特性をすべて網羅した構成方程式の構築が必要不可欠である。本報では粘着剤の材料特性である粘弾性とゴム弾性の両方を再現するための新しい構成方程式を提案し,その妥当性を実験と解析結果との比較を行うことで検討する。
