Yukito Hagihara、Chikahito Ito、Daizen Kirikae 等 6 位作者2009-01-01鐵と鋼 : 日本鐡鋼協會々誌

The delayed fracture characteristics of steels are expressed by the relationship between the maximum fracture stress and the hydrogen content at the notch tip of circumferentially notched round bar specimen, where delayed fracture initiates. This material constant is easily obtained by CSRT (Conventional Strain Rate T…

Gina Vlahopoulou、Theocharis C. Stamatatos、Vassilis Psycharis 等 5 位作者2009-01-01Dalton Transactions

The initial employment of alpha-benzoin oxime (bzoxH2) in metal cluster chemistry has provided access to a new family of decanuclear CuII complexes with a loop or single-strand wheel topology; the CuII10 clusters are antiferromagnetically-coupled with an S=0 spin ground state, as expected for even-membered loop arrays…

Coordination chemistry of macrocyclic ligands

Stephen J. Archibald2009-01-01Annual Reports Section A (Inorganic Chemistry)

This chapter reviews the literature published during 2008 on macrocyclic coordination chemistry. Porphyrin ligands and supramolecular chemistry are not covered in this review which primarily focuses on complexes formed with transition metals and lanthanide ions, although a few examples of s-block, p-block and actinide…

Photoresponsive tandem zinc finger peptide

Akiko Nomura、Akimitsu Okamoto2009-01-01Chemical Communications

A photoresponsive tandem zinc finger peptide has been synthesized by attaching an azobenzene unit at its N-terminus resulting in a conjugate that retained a high binding ability toward the target DNA sequence, whereas it showed a significant decrease in DNA-binding ability after photoisomerization by UV irradiation to…

Tsunenori Yanagisawa、Yukihiro Kiuchi、Masatoshi Iji2009-01-01KOBUNSHI RONBUNSHU

Forces of interaction between surfaces bearing looped polymer brushes in good solvent

José Alonzo、Jimmy W. Mays、S. Michael Kilbey2009-01-01Soft Matter

In a previous publication we suggested [Huang et al., Macromolecules, 2008, 41, 1745–1752] that looped polymer brushes formed by tethering chains by both ends to a surface may exhibit a polydispersity-like effect due to a distribution of distances between tethering points, leading to segment density profiles dominated…
