Liquid-Phase Nanospace Science of Bionanotubes Consisting of Synthetic Lipid Membranes

疎水部メチレン鎖の両端に異なる親水基を有するくさび形脂質分子の自己組織化により,サイズ次元および内外表面官能基の配置が精密に制御された単分子膜構造を基本とするナノチューブの構築に成功した.内径 10-100 nm の親水性に富んだナノチューブ中空シリンダーが生体高分子に対してメゾスケール系ホストとして機能すること,外部刺激により包接と放出の on-off 制御が可能であることを実証した.また,ナノチューブ中空シリンダー内に強く拘束されたタンパク質は,熱および化学的安定性が著しく増大するなど,ナノ空間特有の現象を見いだした.ナノチューブ中空シリンダー内の溶媒物性,ゲストの動的挙動も併せて評価した.さらに,ナノチューブがネットワーク階…

熱分解ガスクロマトグラフィー(PyGC)により,ノボラック/ヘキサメチレンテトラミン(HMTA)系硬化樹脂の橋架け構造の分析を検討した.メチレン結合のオルソ率(OR)と分子量が異なる種々のノボラック分別樹脂を試料に,熱分解温度670℃ で生成するフェノール及びメチルフェノール類の量をガスクロマトグラフで定量した.熱分解成分の組成と樹脂の構造に相関を見いだし,PyGCの結果からOR並びにメチレン/フェノールユニットのモル比(M/P)を算出する関係式を得た.本分析法によりハイオルソノボラック/HMTA系硬化樹脂及びランダムノボラック/HMTA系硬化樹脂を分析して,ハイオルソノボラックに比べてランダムノボラックはHMTAと効率良く反応す…

鋳物製造工程から排出される使用済み鋳物砂について,高温高圧水による再生および砂表面の改質効果を検討した。炭素が1.2wt%,窒素が0.065wt%付着している使用済み鋳物砂を,水の臨界点以下である300℃,8.6MPaで,反応時間を60分,液固比を20として反応させたところ,炭素を30wt%,窒素を64wt%除去することができた。さらに,添加剤として過酸化水素を添加することにより,砂表面の炭素は65wt%,窒素は完全に除去することができた。一方,超臨界状態である450℃,40MPaでの反応では,添加剤を加えなかった場合,300℃,8.6MPaの場合に比べ,炭素と窒素の除去率に差は認められなかった。しかし,添加剤を加えた場合には,炭…

結晶性樹脂成形品の熱履歴を見積もる簡便な方法を提案した.材料の受けた熱履歴を,その履歴温度と経過時間を微分 DSC 曲線から見積もる方法で,結晶性高分子のポリブチレンテレフタレート(PBT)に対して良好な結果を得た.熱処理温度と時間に応じて,熱処理過程で形成した微結晶の融解に対応する吸熱ピークが DSC 昇温曲線に観察された.微分 DSC 曲線の立ち上がり温度は,ほとんど熱処理時間に影響されないが,そのピークトップ温度は熱処理時間に依存することから結晶性高分子の熱履歴解析に用いることができることが明らかになった.
