球状強誘電体ペレット(SrTiO3(ε=330)あるいはBaTiO(ε=15,000)を充填した非平衡プラズマ反応器を用いてトルエンの分解実験を行った.SrTiO3を充填した場合の方がBaTiO3を充填した場合よりもトルエンの分解効率,NOxの生成抑制効果ともに高くなった.これらの充填剤による効率の違いを明らかにするために,オシロスコープを用いてプラズマ発生時の印加電圧波形と放電電流波形を調べた.どちらの充填剤を用いた場合も,プラズマ生成とともに数多くの放電パルスが観察された.しかしながら,最大放電パルス電流値やパルス放電電流の1サイクルでのピーク数は,投入電力が同じ場合でも充填剤によって大きく異なることが明らかになった.これらの…
