ゾル–ゲル法によりPdドープシリカ膜を製膜し,水素透過特性,熱安定性,水素還元による気体透過特性の変化,耐水蒸気性について検討した.Pdドープシリカ膜のTEM観察より,Pdドープシリカ層の膜厚は80 nm程度であることが明らかになり,超薄膜形成が可能であった.また,Pdはシリカマトリックス中に,数nmから10 nm程度の大きさで分散していることが明らかになった.550℃空気雰囲気で製膜したPdドープシリカ膜(Si/Pd53/1)は,乾燥窒素雰囲気(500℃)で熱安定性を有するが,還元雰囲気(500℃, H2)でPdが凝集し,シリカネットワークの緻密化と粒界細孔を閉塞した.550℃水素雰囲気で製膜したPdドープシリカ膜(Si/Pd5…
