アルカリ環境での鋼中の水素侵入挙動について,水素量と水素過電圧の観点から水素透過試験法および昇温脱離法にて調査した.NaOH溶液およびCa(OH)2溶液ともに水素透過電流密度は印加電流密度の1/2乗に比例した.また,NaOH溶液よりもCa(OH)2溶液での水素侵入量が大きかった.これらの結果は,LillardとScullyによる実験結果と一致した.アルカリ環境にて鋼中に水素が侵入できる臨界の水素過電圧は0.05 Vであった.本浸漬試験環境における最も卑な電位は-0.6 V(SCE)であり,この環境では鋼中に水素は侵入しなかった.アルカリ環境でも酸性および中性環境と同じように,水素透過係数の対数と水素過電圧の間には直線関係が成り立つ…
