廃棄物溶融炉で用いられるクロム含有耐火物は優れた耐食性を示すが,その一方で,スラグとの反応により6価クロム化合物を生成する懸念がある。本研究では,Cr2O3粉末にCaO, SiO2, Al2O3粉末を混合し,加熱温度を変化させた加熱試験を行った。その結果,1,300~1,500℃で2時間加熱した後水冷した試料中に,XRD分析により6価クロム化合物であるCa4A16CrO16が検出された。これより,1,300℃以上の高温域では,CaCrO4がAl2O3により安定化されていることが示唆された。また,この化合物には溶出性があることがわかった。回転侵食試験で得られた水冷スラグ断面のEPMA分析により,耐火物から剥離したと思われるCr2O3…
