以FeCl3在尿素溶液中的水解产物FeO(OH)和Ba2+的碳酸盐沉淀BaCO3为反应前驱体,在800℃下煅烧得到了具有六角片状形貌的BaFe12O19粉末。给出了该方法制备BaFe12O19的实验条件,采用羞示扫描量热计(DSC)对煅烧过程进行了分析;用X射线粉末衍射仪(XRD)研究了不同温度下煅烧所得产品的物相;用扫描电镜(SEM)对产品的形貌进行了表征,采用高强脉冲磁强计测定了样品的磁性能;并探讨了前驱体中Ba/Fe比对产物物相的影响。
