采用亚规则溶液模型对液态三元(NixCu100-x)50Pb50偏晶合金相分离的演化过程进行了相场计算. 结果表明, 如果不考虑表面偏析势作用, 随液体流动性增强, 相分离后组织形态由弥散向双连续组织转变. 引入表面偏析势后发现(Pb)相优先占据表层, (Ni,Cu)相依附其形核并生长. 随相分离时间延长, (Pb)相在表层粗化和生长, 偏析层厚度逐渐增加. 同时, (Ni,Cu)相向中心迁移和聚集, 合金熔体形成两层壳核组织. 对液体浓度场计算发现, 表面浓度起伏比体相大, 并以波的形式向内部传播, 最终表面(Pb)相和内部(Ni,Cu)相的成分保持稳定. 此外, 对液体的流场计算发现, 在相分离初期界面附近流场较强, 后期显著…
