采用聚环氧丙烷双氨丙基醚(NH2-PPO-NH2)作为大分子引发剂引发γ-谷氨酸苄酯-N-羧基内酸酐(BLG-NCA)开环聚合, 在碱性条件下通过水解脱保护反应, 合成了含多肽的全亲水性三嵌段聚合物PLGA-b-PPO-b-PLGA. 该聚合物同时具有pH和温度响应性的多重胶束化性质, 并且在胶束化过程中同时伴随着无规线团与α-螺旋结构之间的构象转变. 通过核磁共振谱(1H NMR)、激光光散射(LLS)、变温透过率和圆二色谱(CD)等测试手段对该含多肽杂化三嵌段聚合物的胶束化行为进行了详细的研究.
