用熔融技术制备了Yb^3+/Ho^3+双掺氟氧化物微晶玻璃,通过实验确定了掺稀土离子微晶玻璃的配比、熔化温度和退火温度。采用Hitachi F-4500荧光分光光度计,激发波长为980nm激光器测定了样品的发射光谱。通过对光谱的分析,建立了上转换发光机制。测量了发光强度与抽运功率的关系,通过非线性拟合得出的斜率,确定了样品的540nm和650nm发射均为双光子过程。

针对无铅压电陶瓷的压电常数d33偏小的情况,采用传统的固相反应烧结方法制备得到了高压电性能的Bi0.5Na0.5TiO3基无铅压电陶瓷Bi0.5(Na0.7K0.3-xLix)0.5TiO3(x=0.04,0.08,0.12,0.16,0.20).研究了Li元素的添加量对陶瓷的烧结温度以及压电性能的影响.研究结果表明,Li元素对K的替代可以降低陶瓷的烧结温度,提高样品致密度,适量的Li可以大幅度提高陶瓷的压电性能.陶瓷样品的压电常数d33和平面机电耦合系数kp随着Li含量的增加先增大后减小.在1 090℃的烧结温度下,Li含量x=0.08时的陶瓷样品表现出最佳的压电性能,压电常数d33=212 pC/N,平面机电耦合系数kp=33…

用超声波法合成γ相二氧化锰(γ-MnO2),然后通过循环伏安法在γ-MnO2颗粒表面电聚合聚苯胺(PANI),合成PANI/MnO2复合电极.应用恒流充放电方法测试样品的电化学性能,结果表明γ-MnO2电极材料在电流密度500 mA/g时,比电容为210 F/g,而复合材料电极比电容为500 F/g,相比γ-MnO2电极材料提高了1.38倍.

采用高温固相法合成P掺杂的BaMgAl10O17:Mn^2+荧光粉,其中P通过(NH4)2HPO4引入.利用X射线衍射谱、傅里叶变换红外光谱、扫描电子显微镜、能量色散谱、真空紫外光谱等研究了P掺杂对BaMgAl10O17:Mn^2+晶体结构、微观形貌、发光性能等的影响.研究结果表明:(NH4)2HPO4具有助熔剂的作用,它的加入有助于荧光粉的晶化,改善荧光粉的形貌.P掺杂进入晶格,使得晶胞参数变小,从而改变了Mn^2+的晶体场环境,引起发射光谱蓝移,色坐标x值降低.P掺杂能有效提高基质对真空紫外线的吸收,从而提高真空紫外激发下的发光强度.

利用分离式Hopkinson压杆实验和显微分析技术,研究了U-5.7Nb合金在应变率范围(10^2/s-10^4/s)内的变形特征和微观组织。结果表明:U-5.7Nb合金的动态屈服强度明显高于其静态屈服强度,表现出明显的应变率敏感效应;当U-5.7Nb合金应变率为4300/s,试件在应变达到64%时发生剪切破坏。材料内部形成了明显的绝热剪切带,剪切带在与压缩方向垂直的平面内呈环形,这与动态压缩过程中应力分布不均匀有关。

采用絮凝-厌氧-好氧-梯级混凝法,对造纸废水处理进行试验研究,筛选出最佳的混凝及生化培养的条件。实验发现:采用液体PAC,前絮凝过程PAC的最佳投加量为2ml/L;经过14天驯化培养,生化阶段取得满意效果;梯级混凝过程PAC的最佳用量为1.8ml/L。实验结果表明,经该方法处理后废水CODcr,小于100mg/L,达到了造纸行业废水排放标准。本方法运行费用较低,是一种有较好前景的造纸废水处理工艺。

利用熔融接枝法制备了马来酸酐接枝乙烯-辛烯共聚物(POE-g-MAH),将POE-g-MAH与线型低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)共混后与铜片进行热复合。研究了热复合工艺、POE-g-MAH揍枝率及含量、苯乙烯-异戊二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(SIS)含量等因素对共混物黏结性能的影响。结果表明:随着POE-g-MAH接枝率和含量的增大,共混物的黏结性能增强,但POE-g-MAH含量过多将导致共混物黏结性能下降。其量佳用量为30phr;在LLDPE/POE-g-MAH共混物中加入20phr SIS可明显提高共混物的黏结性能;最佳热复合工艺条件:温度190℃,压力2MPa,时间1min。
