Corrosion Resistance of Electrolytic ZrO2/Al2O3 Coatings on STAVAX 420 Mold Tooling Steel

本實驗使用電解沉積法於基材STAVAX 420上先沉積一氧化鋯再沉積氧化鋁陶瓷之雙層薄膜。而藉著不同的電化學參數(濃度、電位及時間)和不同的燒結條件來控制,用以決定出最佳之沉積鍍膜製程條件,並且利用恆電位儀、SEM/EDS、X-ray、硬度測試、磨耗試驗、刮痕硬度試驗和動態的極化作用測試等來探討基材沉積薄膜後之各項性質(特性),特別再針對抗腐蝕的能力作進一步的研究與分析。\n 藉由選定的電解液濃度對基材掃出陰極極化曲線,並找出最佳沉積電位與時間,再搭配最佳燒結溫度,可得到最好的沉積薄膜與其特性。\n 由XRD的結果發現,此法所製備的氧化鋯/氧化鋁在450℃燒結時為γ-Al2O3相。實驗結果顯示,薄膜表面狀態對抗腐蝕性有極大的影響,…
