研究了GaN基p-i-n(p-AlGaN/i-GaN,n-GaN)结构紫外探测器的漏电机理.实验发现,在位错密度几乎相同的情况下,基于表面有较高密度的V形坑缺陷材料制备的器件表现出较高的反向漏电.进一步的SEM测试发现,这种V形坑穿透到有源区i-GaN、甚至n-GaN层.在制备p-AlGaN电极时,许多金属会落在V形坑中,从而与i-GaN形成了肖特基接触.有些甚至直接和n-GaN形成欧姆接触.正是由于并联的肖特基接触和欧姆接触的存在导致了漏电的增加.
用脉冲电化学沉积法在生物医用钛金属表面成功制备了纳米HA/ZrO2复合涂层,涂层中的成分均以离子形式沉积到基材上,得到ZrO2均匀分布的HA/ZrO2复合涂层。脉冲电位为–3.5 V时有利于离子的沉积结晶,有利于复合涂层的沉积。复合涂层的成分、结构、形貌及生物活性等的研究结果表明:复合涂层烧结前成分为HA、OCP及碱式硝酸锆,高温烧结后得到均匀致密HA/ZrO2复合涂层。检测表明HA/ZrO2复合涂层能够诱导磷灰石生成,具有较好的生物活性。

基于团簇线判据优化设计Ni-Zr-Al合金成分的基础上, 采用激光熔覆技术在AZ91 HP镁合金表面制备了Ni60.2Zr33.8Al6合金涂层。结果表明, 由于所设计的镍基合金具有低的熔点和良好的润湿性能, 致使合金涂层与镁合金基体之间实现了良好的冶金结合。合金涂层主要是由非晶相,Ni21Zr8和Ni10Zr7金属间化合物构成。由于非晶和金属间化合物复合增强作用及其高的化学稳定性, 致使合金涂层具有高的硬度、良好的耐磨和耐蚀性能。

SBA-15介孔分子筛内填充蔗糖并炭化后,分别在碱性和弱酸性条件下,用含铝源及TPABr的溶液浸渍,将SBA-15分子筛孔壁的无定形结构转化成ZSM-5分子筛的晶体结构,除碳后得到含介孔的ZSM-5分子筛.用X射线衍射、N2吸附-脱附、27A1MASNMR、NH3-TPD、TEM、SEM等对样品进行了表征,考察了晶化时间等参数对样品的影响.结果表明,碱性条件下合成的ZSM-5分子筛晶体中含有少量孔径约3.2~4.2nm的介孔孔道,其酸强度接近与常规ZSM-5分子筛的酸强度;弱酸性条件下合成的ZSM-5分子筛晶体中含有大量孔径约1.4—1.6nm的孔道,其酸强度明显低于常规ZSM-5分子筛的酸强度.
