CBB 試験及び隙間付き UCL 試験により各種溶体化オーステナイトステンレス鋼の高温水中 SCC 感受性について検討した結果,以下の点が明らかになった.(1) 隙間環境及び高負荷応力下において,304,304L,316L,316NG 及び 347NG はいずれも高温水中 SCC 感受性を発現する.(2) 加工誘起マルテンサイトは溶体化オーステナイトステンレス鋼の高温水中 SCC に対する促進要因であるが必要要因でない.(3) 高温水中 SCC 感受性の材料序列及び冷間加工の影響は CBB 試験と隙間付き UCL 試験において異なる.これは,両試験法における応力負荷時のひずみ量の相違に起因する.
