本研究主要分為三部分來討論,第一部份研究電化學方法製備poly(pyronin B) (Poly(PyB))高分子薄膜。經由電化學的氧化還原方式將Poly(PyB)薄膜修飾在玻璃碳電極上,並且可將之應用於菸鹼醯胺嘌呤二核甘酸(NADH)的電催化作用。此實驗利用原子力顯微鏡(AFM)、掃描式電子顯微鏡(SEM)、交流阻抗頻譜測試(EIS)、紫外光可見光光譜儀(UV-Visible)、及循環伏安法(CV)等儀器來觀察Poly(PyB)薄膜修飾電極的表面特性。這些研究可以得知Poly(PyB)高分子薄膜的結構,以及可證明它在中性及鹼性的介質中優異的電活性特性。由於其強大的催化效應,使菸鹼醯胺嘌呤二核甘酸(NADH)在低電位下(0.0V)…

以廉价易得的D,L-乳酸和均苯三酚为原料,采用工艺简单、成本低廉的直接熔融聚合法合成了星形聚D,L-乳酸(SPDLLA)。用特性黏度[η]、FTIR、^1H NMR、GPC、XRD等手段对聚合物的结构与性能进行了表征,Mw最高可达到7600,并发现所合成的SPDLLA的Tg、Tm均小于线形聚D,L-乳酸(LPDLLA)的Tg、Tm。

利用中子衍射和XRD技术,结合Reitveld拟合和Fourier变换,对Laves相零基体合金Ti_(0.68)Zr_(0.32)MnCr的氘化物中氘的占位特征进行了研究.氘化物Ti_(0.68)Zr_(0.32)MnCrD_(3.0)的中子衍射谱除Bragg衍射峰外,还出现明显的漫散射包,而相应的XRD谱却只呈现衍射峰,未发现漫散射包.对衍射谱与相应的RDF分析表明,这种C14型Laves相氘化物中只有部分氘原子随机不饱和地分布在确定的4种A_2B_2四面体间隙位置,并形成长程有序结构,这部分氘原子在6h_1和12k位的占位系数比6h_2和241位大.而氘化物中的另一部分氘原子并不是随机分布,而是不同程度地偏离间隙中心的位置,…

利用溶胶凝胶法制备CuO-CeO2-MnOx/γ-Al2O3催化剂颗粒,在固定床上测试其催化脱硝活性。CuO-CeO2-MnOx/γ-Al2O3催化剂在200~450℃范围内脱硝效率保持在70%以上。利用程序升温方法研究了催化剂对NH3的氧化性能,活性组分负载量增多,加强了催化剂对NH3氧化性能。红外表征显示NH3被吸附在催化剂的L酸位和B酸位。NO以多种硝酸盐物种在催化剂表面吸附。吸附态NH3参与SCR反应,但吸附态NO物种仅部分参加SCR反应。

基于盐酸曲马多对联吡啶钌(Ru(bpy)3^2+)的电化学发光信号有较强的增敏作用,建立了一种多壁碳纳米管,壳聚糖-联吡啶钌复合物修饰的石墨电极上电化学发光检测盐酸曲马多的电化学发光新方法。通过循环伏安扫描结果表明,多壁碳纳米管表现出极好的电分析活性,对联吡啶钌具有较好的电催化作用,并可应用于盐酸曲马多药物的测定。在最佳实验条件下,测定曲马多浓度在6.0×10^-4~5.0×10^-6 mol /L与相对发光强度成线性关系(r=0 9982),检出限(S/N=3)为2.0×10^-6mol/L。连续平行测定曲马多溶液(5.0×11^-5 mol/L)8次,发光强度的RSD为3.1%。

以二苯甲酮(BP)为引发剂,通过紫外光辐照引发苯乙烯(St)、丙烯腈(AN)在纸浆纤维(PF)表面共聚,生成苯乙烯/丙烯腈共聚物(SAN)并接枝PF生成SAN接枝纸浆纤维(PE-g-SAN),研究了引发剂BP浓度、St/AN质量比、辐照时间、反应温度对PF-g-SAN的接枝率和接枝效率的影响,用红外光谱仪和扫描电子电镜表征接枝产物,得出最佳反应条件为St/AN质量比2∶1,BP浓度2%,反应时间20 min,反应温度40℃。
