在柴油机结构不做改动的情况下,基于燃烧示功图的分析,定量研究了甲醇含量对燃烧压力、压力升高率、燃烧放热规律和循环变动量的影响。结果表明:甲醇的含量越大,滞燃期越长;燃烧压力和最大压力升高率均增大且出现的位置后移,其中燃用M15最大压力升高率接近0.45MPa/℃A;累积放热率达到95%时,燃用柴油为上止点后55℃A,燃用M5和M10为上止点后53℃A,燃用M15为上止点后57℃A,位置差别不大。甲醇含量增加,柴油机循环变化量增大,燃用M0的Covpmi为1.61%,燃用M10的Covpmi为1.82%,燃用M15的Covpmi为3.32%。
