以二乙三胺五乙酸(DTPA)为络合剂,采用共沉淀法合成了单分散的NaYF4∶Yb,Er上转换荧光纳米颗粒。通过X射线衍射(XRD)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、荧光(FL)光谱、热重-差示扫描量热分析(TG-DSC)对合成的样品进行了表征。所合成纳米颗粒的粒径均一,通过改变络合剂DTPA的用量可使颗粒的平均粒径在20~120nm范围内可调。纳米颗粒经煅烧后发生了由立方晶型向六方晶型的转变,并伴随着荧光强度的大幅提升。还探讨了络合剂DTPA的用量、煅烧温度对纳米颗粒粒径、晶型及荧光性能的影响。研究结果表明:络合剂DTPA的加入虽然在一定程度上阻碍纳米颗粒由立方晶型向六方晶型的转变,但可获得单分散的小粒径纳米颗粒,其荧光强度仍能满足生物…

以离子液体为溶剂,天然竹纤维和高度剥离的大豆蛋白/蒙脱土(SPI/MMT)复合材料为原料,采用溶液共混的方法制备了纤维素/SPI/MMT 纳米复合材料.讨论了 SPI/MMT的加入对于 MMT 在纤维素基体中分散程度的影响.通过 XRD,SEM,TG,力学性能、阻隔性能测试等方法研究了纤维素/SPI/MMT 纳米复合材料的相容性,结构及 MMT 的加入对于纤维素性能的影响.实验结果表明,当 MMT 含量小于6wt%时,可以形成剥离或插层结构的纤维素/SPI/MMT 纳米复合材料,材料具有较好的力学性能,热稳定性和气体阻隔性能.

本文推导了一种可简便、准确、直观计算和分析pn结I-V特性的公式和方法,并应用该方法对两类典型HgCdTe环孔pn结的I-V、RD-V特性进行了计算和拟合;得到了表面欧姆(反型沟道)漏电导、二极管理想因子n随电压的分布等反映二极管结特性的重要参数。计算结果表明,对于长波HgCdTe光伏器件而言,表面漏电流在整个暗电流中所占的比重相当大,表面漏电流严重地制约着器件性能。HgCdTe材料的晶体缺陷会使二极管的理想因子n增大,从而使产生一复合电流及陷阱辅助隧穿电流增加。

采用真空粉末烧结法,制备了Al/Tb0.30Dy0.70Fe1.95复合材料,研究了该复合材料的物相、组织结构以及磁致伸缩性能,并对Al的加入量对复合材料的结构与性能的影响规律进行了探索。研究结果表明:烧结制备的Al/Tb0.30Dy0.70Fe1.95复合材料为多相结构,主要存在ReFe2、Al7ReFe5、Al2Re、Al3Re等相,随着Al的体积分数的增加,复合体中非GMM相渐渐增多,而GMM相则相应地减少,复合体内已不存在Al相;随着Al的体积分数的增加,复合材料的磁致伸缩系数λ起初略有上升,后明显下降,与纯GMM合金相比,Al/Tb0.30Dy0.70Fe1.95复合材料的磁致伸缩性能均较差,当Al的体积分数为20%时,…
