熔体过热处理对Al-Ti-B-RE细化剂组织和性能的影响
采用纯钛颗粒熔铸法制备Al-Ti-B-RE细化剂,并就熔体过热处理对组织及细化性能的影响进行了研究.结果表明：Al-Ti-B-RE细化剂的熔体过热处理,最佳为825 ℃;稀土元素对TiAl3晶粒大小及分布影响明显,增大了铝熔体与TiB2相之间的湿润角,提高细化效果,有利于Ti、B元素的吸收.

难熔（Mo1-x,Nbx）5Si3合金的制备与组织性能
为改善Mo5Si3的本征脆性，采用电弧熔炼／高温退火技术制备了（Mo1-x，Nbx）5Si3（x=0，0．2，0．4，0．6，0．8，1．0）合金，并结合x射线衍射（XRD）、扫描电子显微镜（SEM）、能谱仪（EDS）、显微硬度计等分析设备，对合金试样进行了分析测试。结果表明，Mo有助于高温相pNb5Si3的稳定；合金更倾向形成（Mo，Nb）5Si3及β（Nb，Mo）5Si3固溶体，能谱分析表明有少量Mo3Nb2Si3三元相生成；Nb在Mo5Si3中的固溶度远大于在MoSi2中的固溶度；随Nb含量的增加，合金硬度呈现先增高后降低的抛物线规律，最高硬度（HV）达1616．7，试样退火后的硬度高于退火前的硬度；压痕断裂韧度较低，合金韧…
