熔体过热处理对Al-Ti-B-RE细化剂组织和性能的影响
采用纯钛颗粒熔铸法制备Al-Ti-B-RE细化剂,并就熔体过热处理对组织及细化性能的影响进行了研究.结果表明:Al-Ti-B-RE细化剂的熔体过热处理,最佳为825 ℃;稀土元素对TiAl3晶粒大小及分布影响明显,增大了铝熔体与TiB2相之间的湿润角,提高细化效果,有利于Ti、B元素的吸收.

为改善Mo5Si3的本征脆性,采用电弧熔炼/高温退火技术制备了(Mo1-x,Nbx)5Si3(x=0,0.2,0.4,0.6,0.8,1.0)合金,并结合x射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、能谱仪(EDS)、显微硬度计等分析设备,对合金试样进行了分析测试。结果表明,Mo有助于高温相pNb5Si3的稳定;合金更倾向形成(Mo,Nb)5Si3及β(Nb,Mo)5Si3固溶体,能谱分析表明有少量Mo3Nb2Si3三元相生成;Nb在Mo5Si3中的固溶度远大于在MoSi2中的固溶度;随Nb含量的增加,合金硬度呈现先增高后降低的抛物线规律,最高硬度(HV)达1616.7,试样退火后的硬度高于退火前的硬度;压痕断裂韧度较低,合金韧…
