运用密度泛函理论结合对称性破缺方法(DFT-BS)研究了双锰取代的三明治型多酸阴离子[MnII2(Xn+Mo9O33)2]2(n-10)- (X = PV, AsV, SeVI)的磁交换作用. 计算得到的磁交换耦合常数(J)为负值, 表明在这类体系中存在反铁磁交换作用; 进一步从几何, 自旋密度分布和前线轨道组成方面分析了中心杂原子X对磁交换耦合的影响, 结果表明随着随着中心杂原子X的改变(PV–AsV–SeV), 影响到中心双核锰和桥氧构成的磁簇的结构, Mn1…Mn2距离有所增大, Ob…Ob距离有所缩短, 从而减弱了超交换途径的有效性, 反铁磁耦合常数J的数值依次减小.

本研究以真空電弧熔煉法,製備由Al, Co, Cr, Fe, Ni與Ti組成的,多種五元及六元等莫合與非等莫耳高熵合金。所得到的鑄造態合金經過1100℃持溫24小時,均質化水淬,得到均質化態合金。鑄造態合金及均質化態合金,作微結構、熱膨脹係數及磁場大至9 T的霍爾效應量測。微結構主要由FCC, BCC, Full Heusler與Sigma相組成,大部分具有磁性。均質化態合金的磁性Invar效應,使合金熱膨脹係數在居禮溫度處下降,此乃磁矩排列由有序變成無序的結果。等莫耳均質化態合金居禮溫度在480 K到750 K之間,非等莫耳均質化態合金居禮溫度在780 K到870 K之間。 本研究許多合金出現異常霍爾效應,與各約一半合金出現類電…
