利用分子动力学模拟研究了低于室温下低能C原子碰撞金刚石(100)和(111)面的微观过程.模拟中采用Brenner导出的多体参数化势.并采用Langevin分子动力学方法模拟系统的退火过程.结果表明,在100K温度下,当入射C原子能量降至0.leV时,易于在(111)面生长近完美的金刚石单层.时(100)面,需更高的能量形成类金刚石SP^3杂化结构.

新型Al-Mg—Cu铝合金铸锭均匀化过程中相的变化

采用金相、扫描电镜、能谱和DSC分析方法研究了新型Al-Mg-Cu铝合金(以下简称A铝合金)半连续水冷铸锭均匀化处理过程中相的变化。结果表明,A铝合金半连续铸锭的铸态组织中存在大量非平衡凝固的含从CuMg和Al2Cu的共晶相,其熔化温度为505℃;在595℃ 12h均匀化过程中,该合金铸锭中非平衡凝固共晶相发生溶解,合金中铸造过程形成的非平衡凝固共晶体Al2Cu全部消失,但Al2CuMg相不能完全溶解。

SiO 2 掺杂量对氧化锌压敏电阻性能的影响

采用固相法制备了ZnO压敏陶瓷,采用X射线衍射(XRD)与扫描电镜(SEM)对相组成和微结构进行了研究。结果表明:掺杂适量的SiO2可以促进晶粒均匀生长,提高微观结构的均匀性,使非线性系数增加,有利于晶界玻璃化,提高稳定性并减小泄漏电流;掺杂过量的SiO2会抑制晶粒长大,有利于提高压敏电压,但会因晶界相过于丰富导致泄漏电流大幅提高。样品烧结密度在SiO2含量为0.7 wt%达到最大值。

ZB玻璃掺杂Ca0.6La0.8/3TiO3-Li0.5Nd0.5TiO3陶瓷的研究

研究烧结助剂ZB玻璃对CLLNT陶瓷的烧结特性、相结构、微波介电性能的影响。结果表明,添加适量的zB玻璃可把GLLNT陶瓷的烧结温度降低400℃,并且获得较高的介电常数。ZB玻璃添加量为1~5wt%时不影响该陶瓷体系的主晶相,依然是斜方钙钛矿相。掺杂4wt.%ZB玻璃的CLLNT陶瓷在1000℃烧结3h,可获得较好的介电性能:介电常数er=97,tg θ=0.029,TCF=-15ppm/℃(1MHz)。

采用亚快速定向凝固装置成功地制备了Ti-47.5Al-2Cr-2Nb-0.2B合金定向凝固试样,观察了不同凝固速率下的固液界面形貌、过渡区和稳态区凝固组织。实验结果表明,在2μm/s抽拉速率下,合金界面以胞状界面形态生长,全片层组织(γ+α2)取向与生长方向成0°和45°的夹角,合金凝固时的领先相为β相。在100μm/s凝固速率下,合金界面以枝状形态生长,全片层组织方向与生长方向的夹角为90°,领先相从β相转化为α相。通过将合金中Cr和Nb元素的含量折算成Al的含量,计算Ti-48.3Al合金中α和β相界面生长温度,发现凝固速率达到180μm/s时,领先相可由β相转变为α相,理论计算结果支持实验中的相选择转变过程。

4A分子筛对PP/MPP/PEPA膨胀阻燃体系的协同作用

以4A分子筛为阻燃协效剂,采用多聚磷酸蜜胺(MPP)和笼状季戊四醇磷酸酯(PEPA)复配阻燃剂,制备了具有良好阻燃性能的无卤阻燃PP。研究了4A分子筛用量对PP阻燃性能和协同作用的影响。结果表明:添加少量的4A分子筛即可显著提高PP的阻燃性能;当MPP/PEPA/4A分子筛添加量分别为12%、8%和2%时,阻燃PP的氧指数高达33。TGA、FTIR分析和体视显微镜及SEM观测结果表明:添加少量的4A分子筛可以催化MPP/PEPA间的酯化反应,促进体系成炭,形成更致密的炭层,从而提高材料的阻燃性能。
