通过SEM中静载动态拉伸,原位观察和研究了搅拌铸造法制备的YAl2P/Mg-Li-Al基复合材料裂纹的萌生及扩展机制。结果表明,微裂纹萌生位置主要为复合材料的铸造缺陷处、复合材料的基体中以及颗粒/基体界面处,并以在复合材料基体中萌生为主。微裂纹的扩展主要在基体和YAl2颗粒/基体界面处进行。主裂纹的长大方向具有选择性,裂纹主要沿颗粒贫化区与颗粒富集区的交界处开裂,主裂纹扩展到一定程度后,试样全面失稳而迅速断裂。基体的断裂失效在YAl2P/Mg-Li-Al复合材料拉伸断裂过程中起很大作用。

在Thermecmastor-Z热模拟试验机上对0.045%Ti-0.003%C的Ti-IF钢进行700~950℃、应变0~0.7、应变速率1~70s^-1条件下的热模拟实验,以分析温度、应变速率和应变量对变形抗力的影响。用BP(back propagation)网络神经算法给出了Ti-IF钢在800~875℃变形抗力预报模型。通过对模型预报值和实验数据实测值的比较得出,变形抗力相对误差在4.0%以内。

采用溶胶-凝胶法合成Y(BO3,PO4):Ce,Tb绿色荧光粉,利用热分析(TG—DTA)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、荧光分光光度计等手段探讨了(BO3,PO4):Ce,Tb荧光粉的烧结条件、结构及荧光性能的关系.实验结果表明,烧结温度对产物的结构和荧光性能具有一定影响,在1050℃下、高温烧结2h的样品的荧光强度最好.与高温固相法相比,此法合成的(BO3,PO4):Ce,Tb荧光粉具有较完善的晶体结构,较高的纯度,较小的颗粒尺寸,粒度分布均匀,且相对荧光强度更高.

通过熔融共混法制备出不同硅烷偶联剂(KH550,KH560)改性的nano-ZnO/HDPE复合材料,并考察了偶联剂及ZnO含量对复合材料性能的影响。结果表明:改性nano-ZnO对HDPE基体起到了明显的增强增韧的效果。当改性nano-ZnO含量为0.2%~0.5%时,复合材料的力学性能量好。此外,nano-ZnO在HDPE中起异相成核剂的作用。从而使体系的熔融温度,结晶温度和结日度升高。经KH560处理的nano-ZnO/HDPE复合材料的力学性能和结晶性能均优于经KH550处理的nano-ZnO/HDPE复合材料的性能。
