根据C-Si-Mn-Cr-Nb试验钢的双道次变形和分段冷却热模拟试验结果,进行了试验钢控轧控冷试验,分析了工艺参数对试验钢组织和性能的影响,获得了具有不同力学性能的铁素体+马氏体或铁素体+贝氏体双相组织。结果表明,试验钢两段轧制分段冷却后550℃卷取获得铁素体+马氏体双相组织,屈服强度415 MPa,抗拉强度710 MPa,伸长率23.0%,屈强比0.59。500℃卷取得到铁素体加粒状贝氏体双相组织,与550℃卷取相比,屈服强度升高35 MPa,抗拉强度降低45 MPa,伸长率略微降低。

采用水热合成法合成了4例新颖的稀土配位聚合物: [Ln(PBDC)(HPBDC)(H2O)3] (H2PBDC =对羧基苯氧乙酸; Ln = La (1), Pr (2), Nd (3))和[La2(PBDC)3(H2O)4] (4). 化合物1~3属同构, 呈现一维链状结构, 而化合物4呈现出复杂的三维结构. 其中, 化合物4是受化合物1的结构特点启发而设计合成的. 在其他条件相同的情况下, 加入有机碱2,2'-联吡啶使化合物1中羧基上的质子进一步脱去. 这种微小的改变致使化合物1的结构发生了巨大变化, 由一维链状结构转变为三维结构配位聚合物4. 同时, 还报道了这些化合物的紫外-可见光谱、热重和磁性等性质.

将溶解在含0.05mol·L^-1聚吡咯的pH7。2磷酸盐缓冲溶液中乙肝表面抗体固定在多壁碳纳米管碳糊电极上,然后浸入牛血清白蛋白(1+99)溶液中制备聚吡咯/乙肝表面抗体,/多壁碳纳米管修饰电极。利用免疫夹心反应原理,将溶液中的乙肝表面抗原和禄栀着辣根过氧化酶的乙肝第二抗体结合在此电极上。在含有邻氨基酚和过氧纯氢的底液中,通过电化学反应生成电活性化合物3-氨基吩呃嗪。此化合物在-0.270及-0.320V(vs.Ag/AgCl)处出现一对明显的氧化还原峰,其峰电流值与乙肝表面抗体质量浓度在0.2-200μg·L^-1范围内兰线性美系。方法的检出限(3S/N)为0.06μg·L^-1。

制备了LLDPE/EVA/ZnO纳米复合材料,并测试了其力学性能。结合BP神经网络和Markov链建立了BP-Markov模型,并利用此模型对LLDPE/EVA/ZnO纳米复合材料的多指标性能进行了预测。结果表明BP-Markov模型应用于聚合物/无机物纳米复合材料的多指标性能预测具有较高的精度和可靠性,Markov链解决了神经网络在做多指标性能预测时误差的随机性和波动性问题,充分的发挥了神经网络与Markov链预测模型的优点,为在数据有限且具有随机因素的情况下实验数据的分析提供了一种新的思路。

通过改良合成复体法对(NH4)2S2O3-(NH4)2SO4-H2O三元体系在298 K下的溶液相平衡进行研究。利用X-射线粉末衍射法(XRD)表征平衡固相组成。结果证实:该方法能很好地用于(NH4)2S2O3-(NH4)2SO4-H2O三元体系平衡固相组成的分析。依据水、硫酸铵及硫代硫酸铵组成的饱和溶液各组分的质量分数绘制了(NH4)2S2O3-(NH4)2SO4-H2O在298 K下的三元体系相图。依据三元体系相图,结果显示:硫代硫酸铵的结晶区远远大于硫酸铵的结晶区,同时在该温度下,硫代硫酸铵、硫酸铵及水形成简单三元体系,体系中没有水合物形成。

采用火焰喷涂的方法制备了EAA(乙烯-丙烯酸共聚物)及其纳米SiO2(n-SiO2)复合涂层,利用电子拉力机、傅立叶红外光谱仪(FTIR),差示扫描量热仪(DSC)、热重分析仪(TG)对涂层的力学性能、热性能等进行了测试分析。结果表明:在适当的喷涂工艺条件下,物料在火焰喷涂过程中没有发生氧化或降解;DSC、TG分析表明n—SiO2具有明显的成核剂作用,n—SiO2的加入提高了复合涂层的结晶度,加速复合涂层的结晶速度;在n—SiO2含量为2.0%时,复合涂层表现出较好的综合性能,涂层与基体的结合强度达到26.30MPa,涂层自拉伸强度为33.87MPa,较纯涂层提高了30.6%。

分别采用均相聚合及非均相沉淀聚合法,制备了苯乙烯马来酸酐共聚物(SMA)。考察了引发剂种类和浓度、单体摩尔比、反应温度和反应时间等因素对SMA中马来酸酐(MA)摩尔分数的影响。优化的反应条件为:采用非均相聚合法,以过氧化二苯甲酰(BPO)为引发剂,聚合时间8h,温度80℃,引发剂浓度0.01mol/L,单体摩尔比n(St):n(MA)=1:1.5,在该条件下,所合成SMA中马来酸酐的摩尔分数为37.43%,黏均相对分子质量约为89000,交替性好。将得到的SMA与聚乙二醇单甲醚(MPEG)进行接枝反应,可以制得临界胶束质量浓度为1.03g/L、表面张力为35.29mN/m的梳型表面活性剂(SMA—g—MPEG)。

采用低温固相反应法结合放电等离子体烧结法(SPS)合成了Mg2Si1-xSnx(0≤x≤1)三元化合物,研究了Sn固溶量对化合物热电性能的影响。结果表明,随Sn含量增加,材料电导率增加,Seebeck系数减小;材料晶格热导率先减小后增加,X=0.4时化合物晶格热导率最低,同时固溶体化合物的晶格热导率远低于Mg2Si和Mg2Sn二元化合物的晶格热导率,在室温附近Mg2Si1-xSnx固溶体化合物的晶格热导率均约为Mg2Si的1/3和Mg2Sn的1/2;Mg2Si0.8Sn0.2化合物具有最好的热电性能,在640K获得最大热电优值0.16。

采用电化学共沉积技术在泡沫镍基体上直接制备掺杂Zn的Ni(OH)2电极,研究了乙醇-水体系下不同镍锌比电沉积溶液制备的电极材料的电容特性。通过XRD、SEM、EDS等测试方法对制备的电极材料进行微结构表征,并用恒流充放电、循环伏安法系统地考察其电化学性能。结果表明:所制备的电极材料为掺杂Zn的α-Ni(OH)2。当镍锌比为1∶0.0075时,循环伏安测试(扫描速率是1mV.s^-1)α-Ni(OH)2电极的比电容达1906.09F.g^-1。经100次恒流充放电循环后比电容衰减仅0.09%,说明电极材料具有良好的稳定性。在7.5mA.cm^-2电流密度下,比电容达313.88F.g^-1。

为了研究水化硅酸钙在形成过程中对Cr(Ⅵ)的俘获情况,利用分析纯CaO、H2SiO3和Na2CrO4溶液人工合成n(Ca)/n(Si)为1.6和0.7的2种含Cr(Ⅵ)的C—S—H。合成实验结果表明,当合成溶液中CrO4^2-的浓度为1 000mg/L时,C—S—H对CrO4^2-的俘获量约为0.820-1.173 mg/g,其中n(Ca)/n(Si)为1.6的C—S—H对CrO4^2-的俘获量较大一些。2种C—S—H所俘获的CrO4^2-大约有66%-68%能被Ca(OH)2溶液中的OH-所替换。这表明,C—S—H对CrO4^2-的俘获有2种方式,一是通过物理吸附把大部分CrO4^2-俘获到C—S—H特征扩散层中,二是以化学吸附…
