Al-10%Cr合金的固液混合压铸工艺

采用固液混合压铸工艺制备了Al-10%Cr合金,用光学显微镜、密度测量仪、硬度计、拉伸试验机和摩擦试验机等对合金的组织和性能进行了分析.结果表明:该工艺获得的高铬铝合金坯料显微组织均匀,晶粒细小呈近等轴状,密度为2.924 g·cm-3;热挤压后合金的抗拉强度σb为119 MPa,屈服强度σ0.2为89 MPa,伸长率δ为1%,磨损率为16.9 mg·m-1,均优于传统铸造和半固态铸造所得相同成分合金的;该工艺使Al-10%Cr合金的工业应用成为可能.

单、多活性中心种类聚丙烯催化剂的Monte Carlo模拟

采用Monte Carlo模拟技术研究了在不考虑聚合物颗粒内物料与热量传递效应及不存在氢气作用下的单、多活性种类催化剂催化的丙烯聚合动力学。探讨了聚合产率、催化剂活性中心分率以及多分散指数随时间的变化规律,并对单、多活性中心种类催化的反应体系分别作了比较。基于Monte Carlo方法的模型得出的聚合动力学结果与文献相一致。此外,由Monte Carlo模拟也得到,催化剂多活性中心种类的性质对聚合产物的分布性质有很大影响;以多分散指数而言,多活性中心种类催化剂催化得到的聚丙烯多分散指数要比单活性中心种类催化剂催化得到的产物多分散指数宽。

hcp-,fcc-和bcc-Sc晶格稳定性的第一原理研究

分别采用第一原理总能赝势平面波的局域密度近似LDA(Localdensityapproximation)和广义梯度近似GGA(Generalizedgradientapproximation)两种近似方法计算hcp-,fcc-和bcc-Sc的晶格常数、总能和态密度,并将实验值与以上两种方法以及CALPHAD方法的计算结果进行对比研究,发现采用LDA和GGA的计算结果均为ΔGbcc-hcp〉ΔGfcc-hcp〉0,与CALPHAD方法外推的结果ΔGfcc-hcp〉ΔGbcc-hcp〉0不一致。用LDA方法计算的hcp-,fcc-和bcc-Sc的晶格常数和原子体积较GGA方法的计算结果小,但总能绝对值偏大。LDA方法与GGA方法的态密…

用放电等离子烧结技术(SPS)制备La0.7Mg0.3Ni2.5Cox(x=O.1,0.2,0.3,0.4,0.5)贮氢合金。采用X射线衍射、三电极测试体系和交流阻抗法研究了合金的相结构、贮氢性能和电化学性能。结果表明:合金为多相结构,主相为(La,Mg)2Ni,和(La.Mg)Ni3相;该系列贮氢合金的贮氢容量随x值的增大先增后减,在x=0.4时贮氢容量达1.37%。最大放电容量为365.4mAh/g。合金的活化性能好(活化次数均为1次),随着x值的增加,贮氢合金的放氢平台压力升高,合金电极表面电荷转移速率增大。

香附、柴胡挥发油β-环糊精包合工艺研究

目的:优选香附、柴胡挥发油β-环糊精包合工艺。方法:采用正交实验,以挥发油包合率为指标。以挥发油与β-环糊精的比例、包合温度、包合时间为因素进行正交实验。采用显微成像法、薄层色谱法、紫外分光光度法对挥发油β-CD包合物进行物相鉴别。结果:优选出最佳包合工艺为挥发油隆环糊精以(8:1)投料,包合温度50℃,包合时间2h。此包合工艺可将挥发油完全包合。结论:该工艺可使挥发油与β-CD形成稳定的包合物,包合率较高,工艺合理可行。

溶胶-凝胶法制备Li 2 ZrO 3 纳米颗粒及其高温二氧化碳吸收性能

通过柠檬酸溶胶-凝胶法制备纳米级锆酸锂(Li2ZrO3)材料,利用扫描电子显微镜和X射线衍射仪对Li2ZrO3材料的形貌与结构进行表征,利用热重分析仪测试Li2ZrO3材料的高温CO2吸收性能。结果表明,合成的Li2ZrO3材料具有良好的高温CO2吸收性能,在CO2分压为0.05MPa、550℃、20min内吸收容量可达20%(质量分数);45min内可达吸收平衡,平衡吸收量达27%(质量分数)。经3次吸收解吸循环后其吸收性能没有明显下降,表明Li2ZrO3材料具有良好的稳定性。

本論文研究目的為將活性金屬銅擔持於氧化釤摻混氧化鈰表面,將其應用於甲醇蒸汽重組反應。觸媒製備變數包括不同銅含量、氧化釤和氧化鈰不同比例、不同煅燒溫度、不同種類分散劑、不同分散劑添加量、不同攪拌方式、促進劑不同添加量、不同先驅物濃度。甲醇蒸汽重組反應之變數包括不同水量對甲醇莫耳數比、不同重量空間流速與觸媒穩定性測試。\n實驗結果顯示,銅添加量為25wt%之觸媒反應活性較高。氧化釤和氧化鈰的比例為Sm2O3(25)-CeO2(75)其氫氣產率最佳。不同煅燒溫度會影響其顆粒大小且在煅燒溫度500℃時可以提升氫氣產率。添加分散劑溴化十六烷基三甲基四級銨鹽(CTMAB)其表面積較大且有很高的反應活性。分散劑不同添加量會影響表面積和孔洞體積。…

CeO2-W-Mn/SiO2催化剂上甲烷氧化偶联反应性能的研究

报道了CeO2-W-Mn/S iO2催化剂常压和加压条件下的甲烷氧化偶联反应性能,详细考察了反应条件对CeO2-W-Mn/S iO2催化剂反应性能的影响.结果表明,CeO2-W-Mn/S iO2催化剂具有优异的催化活性,常压下可得到29.7%的甲烷转化率和81.3%的C2烃选择性,低温活性高,于710℃可得到甲烷转化率11.4%和C2烃选择性86.7%的结果;该催化剂适宜于加压条件下的甲烷氧化偶联反应,0.6 MPa下可获得37.2%的甲烷转化率和73.8%的C2烃选择性.催化剂表征结果显示CeO2的加入增强了W-Mn/S iO2催化剂的储氧能力.
