报道了CeO2-W-Mn/S iO2催化剂常压和加压条件下的甲烷氧化偶联反应性能,详细考察了反应条件对CeO2-W-Mn/S iO2催化剂反应性能的影响.结果表明,CeO2-W-Mn/S iO2催化剂具有优异的催化活性,常压下可得到29.7%的甲烷转化率和81.3%的C2烃选择性,低温活性高,于710℃可得到甲烷转化率11.4%和C2烃选择性86.7%的结果;该催化剂适宜于加压条件下的甲烷氧化偶联反应,0.6 MPa下可获得37.2%的甲烷转化率和73.8%的C2烃选择性.催化剂表征结果显示CeO2的加入增强了W-Mn/S iO2催化剂的储氧能力.

利用咪唑的醇溶液与苦味酸的醇溶液合成了咪唑的苦味酸盐C3N2H5^+C6N3O7H2^-并培养出单晶,通过X射线单晶结构分析法测定了其晶体结构。结果表明,晶体属于正交晶系,空间群为Pbca,晶胞参数为:a=0.8950nm,b=1.3474(3)nm,c=2.0164nm,α=β=γ=90°,V=2.4317(3)nm^3,Dc=1.624g/cm^3,Z=8,F(000)=1216。运用Gaussian03程序,在6311+G(d)的基组上,用HF和B3LYP两种方法对标题化合物进行了理论研究,并对原子净电荷及原子间布局进行了分析。

对化学包覆法AgWC(20)C(3)触头材料的各项性能作了较全面的测试,并与机械混粉法AgWC(12)C(3)触头材料进行对比。试验证明,AgWC(20)C(3)的各项性能指标均优于AgWC(12)C(3)。前者装于我国某新型飞机的断路器中,顺利通过了地面各项性能及五年飞行后的性能考核,目前已经批量使用。在断路器DW10—400、DW10-600、DZ20J-400中也通过了型式试验。

本文用真空蒸发法在玻璃衬底上蒸镀Cu—In—Al多层膜,后采用真空硒化退火获得Al含量不同的Cu(In1-xAlx)Se2多晶薄膜。通过SEM和XRD微观形貌结构分析发现,薄膜中Al的含量对薄膜的表面形貌和结构有一定影响。Al/(In+Al)比例越大,越容易获得尺寸较小、分布比较均匀的晶粒。同时Al含量对薄膜的方阻有一定的影响,Al含量越高,方阻越大。而且Al含量的多少可以调节薄膜的禁带宽度的大小。

采用高温固相法在空气中合成了(Gd,Lu)2O3,(Gd,Lu)2O3:Eu^3+和(Gd,Lu)2O3:Tb^3+系粉体。研究了二元系中Lu2O3的摩尔分数对抑制Gd2O3高温相变、粉体的发光性质和光谱性质的影响。结果表明:在(Gd,Lu)2O3系粉体中,当Lu2O3的摩尔分数(下同)大于40%时,能在煅烧温度不低于1700℃情况下,抑制Gd2O3的相变得到利于制各透明陶瓷的立方相结构。而且随着Lu^3+离子的浓度增加,先后观察到红移和蓝移现象;在(Gd,Lu)2O3:Eu^3+系粉体中,粉体的发光强度随着Lu^3+掺杂量增加而减小,Eu^3+的最佳掺杂量为7%:在(Gd,Lu)2O3:Tb^3+系粉体中,Tb^3+离子的最佳掺…

采用机械混合的办法,将Fe(NO3)3·9H2O加载于多孔γ-Al2O3载体,并利用正电子湮没寿命谱学研究其自发扩散过程.实验测量了不同Fe(Ⅲ)质量分数的样品(1.3%~4.2%)在不同温度(100~600℃)烘烤后的正电子寿命谱.实验结果表明,未烘烤时,Fe(Ⅲ)主要分布在γ-Al2O3载体颗粒表面;烘烤后,Fe(Ⅲ)向γ-Al2O3载体颗粒的内部二次孔扩散,并首先占据活性中心的位置.同时,部分Fe(Ⅲ)扩散到γ-Al2O3载体的微孔中.在烘烤温度大于400℃时,能使Fe(Ⅲ)和γ-Al2O3载体中均匀分布.

利用光学显微镜、透射电子显微镜、X射线衍射和HB-3000B型布氏硬度计对Fe-15Ni-12Mn-3.5C-2.5Si合金在不同冷轧变形量条件下的组织和性能进行了分析和研究。实验表明,随变形量的增大,晶内出现大量的位错缠结组织。晶粒细化为微品和纳米晶。合金硬度随变形量的增加而增大。说明位错硬化机制和纳米晶、非晶态的产生是Fe-15Ni-12Mn-3.5C-2.5Si合金产生应变硬化的原因。

以工业氧化铝、滑石、苏州土和碳酸锂为主要原料,高温熔融制备了Li2O-MgO-Al2O3-SiO2系基础玻璃。采用TG-DTA分析确定了微晶玻璃的核化温度和晶化温度分别为730℃和1150℃,以升温速率5℃/min进行核化、晶化。XRD分析表明微晶玻璃相组成为锂辉石、堇青石和镁铝尖晶石。SEM观察到样品中有大量粒径在0.5μm左右的微晶粒析出。
