ポリケトン(PK)/ポリアミド(PA)ポリマーアロイの耐衝撃性を計装化シャルピー衝撃試験により評価した.アロイ化することにより吸湿状態において耐衝撃性が飛躍的に向上することが明らかとなった.その耐衝撃性の発現機構を理解するためアロイのナノ構造の評価を実施した.TEM 観察から全体像を把握し,結晶構造を X 線広角散乱測定,ラメラ構造を X 線小角散乱測定により評価した.このポリマーアロイは PK リッチ相と PA リッチ相からなる共連続構造を形成していることが明らかとなった.また,いずれかの相にはラメラの三次元ネットワークが形成されていた.このネットワークがポリマーアロイを力学的に補強することが考えられる.また PA 相が吸水する…
