用固体超强酸MoO3/ZrO2在水蒸汽存在条件下催化分解氟利昂CFC12(CF2Cl2,二氟二氯甲烷),研究了氧气、水蒸汽及CFC12浓度对氟利昂CFC12分解效率的影响,得出了CFC12分解的最佳工艺条件。实验结果表明:对CFC12分解效率影响顺序:水蒸汽浓度>CFC12浓度>氧气浓度;MoO3/ZrO2催化剂用量1.0g,反应温度250℃,反应气体的流速为12.0cm3/min,其组成为H2O(g)为40.0%,CFC12为1.0%,O2为10.0%,CFC12的转化率超过90.0%。

分别用乙二醇和聚乙二醇作为分散剂,采用络合凝胶法合成YAG:Ce^3+荧光粉.利用X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜、荧光分光光度计对合成的荧光粉进行分析.XRD图谱显示所有的荧光粉均为立方相.采用Scherrer公式分别计算以乙二醇和聚乙二醇为分散剂制备的荧光粉的平均粒径:27.1nm和25.0nm.发射光谱的发射峰为530nm处的一个宽带发射峰,对应的是Ce^3+离子5d→4f跃迁;激发光谱有2个激发峰,分别位于345nm和470nm,对应的是Ce^3+离子^2F5/2→5d和^2F7/2→5d的跃迁.光谱研究结果表明:采用乙二醇制备的样品的发光相对强度大于用聚乙二醇制备的样品的发光相对强度.

聚乙烯醇-苯乙烯基吡啶盐缩合物(PVA—SbQ)是一种新型光敏聚合物,在紫外光诱导下发生光二聚反应形成大分子网状结构。通过溶液共混法,在壳聚糖(CS)膜中引入具有光二聚特性的PVA—SbQ,成膜后在紫外灯辐照下进行光交联反应,制备了光交联壳聚糖-(PVA-SbQ)共混膜。用扫描电镜、X射线衍射、傅立叶红外等对膜的结构进行表征,并对膜的力学性能、吸湿率、透光率等性能进行研究。实验结果表明:光交联壳聚糖-(PVA—SbQ)共混膜的表面形态比较独特;CS与PVA—SbQ分子间存在一定的氢键相互作用;光交联后,共混膜形成网状结构,有效地改善了壳聚糖膜的力学性能、吸湿性和紫外屏蔽性能。

以短炭纤维针刺整体毡为增强体,采用化学气相渗透(CVI)法制备C/C多孔坯体,利用气压熔渗将Cu渗入到C/C多孔体中制备C/C-Cu复合材料.在QDM150型干摩擦试验机上测试了不同速度下C/C—Cu复合材料的摩擦磨损性能.采用金相显微镜和扫描电镜分别观察材料的结构和摩擦表面形貌.结果表明:在滑动速度分别为20.5m/s,28.5m/s和35m/s条件下,材料摩擦因数分别为0.32,0.49和0.37,线磨损量分别为0.05mm,0.09mm和0.85mm;低速下,材料表面未形成摩擦膜,以磨粒磨损为主,较高速度下,形成摩擦膜,以粘着磨损为主.

作为传统MoM和PO混合法(MoM—PO)的拓展,提出了一种组合MoM、SBR和PO的混合方法(MoM—SBR/PO)用于计算电大尺寸复杂导体目标的电磁散射。利用基于射线密度归一化(RDN)概念的SBR方法有效地考虑了PO区域之间的多次反射影响,简化了PO区域内的耦合计算,避免了耗时的迭代求解过程和格林函数的选择等难点,提高了计算效率。数值结果验证了该方法的有效性和正确性。

在常压、298.15K条件下,用RD496—2000微热量仪分别测量3,4-二硝基呋咱基氧化呋咱(DNTF)在N-甲基-2-吡咯烷酮(NMP)和二甲基亚砜(DMSO)中的溶解焓,得到DNTF在不同溶剂中的微分溶解热和积分溶解热,建立了热量与溶质的量之间的关系式。对于DNTF,在NMP中描述溶解过程的动力学方程为da/dt=10^-3.81(1-d)^1.19;在DMSO中,描述溶解过程的动力学方程为da/dt=10^-3.91(1-a)^0.88。
