采用单辊甩带法制备了Co43Fe20Ta5.5B31.5非晶合金薄带,利用差热分析、x-射线衍射以及振动样品磁强计研究了等温晶化和非等温晶化条件下晶化对显微组织和磁性能的影响。结果表明,等温晶化时,饱和磁感应强度聪和矫顽力风都随晶化体积分数a的增加而增加。经过928K保温55min的晶化处理以后,合金的聪值由制备态的37.2增加到58.4A·m^2/kg,与此同时矫顽力也由制备态的1.25×79.6A/m增加到634.45×79.6A/m。当只有(Co,Fe)21Ta2B6相析出时,风和版的增加幅度都比较小。随着晶化的进行,当晶体相(Co,Fe)3B2和(Co,Fe)B析出时风和聪都发生突然增高。在非等温晶化条件下,聪随终止温度的…

以Co(NO3) 2·6H2O和Co(NO2) 2·7C4H13OH为前驱体,采用热分解法制得Co/SiO2催化剂,通过BET、TEM、HRTEM、XPS和TPR等手段进行表征,并对F-T合成反应性能进行了评价.结果表明,浸渍法制备的Co3O4颗粒团聚严重,而热分解法制备的Co3O4颗粒呈球形,单分散状态.与浸渍法制备的催化剂相比,热分解法制备的催化剂孔容较小,表面钴硅原子比较高,钴硅相互作用较强.评价结果表明,热分解法制备的催化剂反应活性低于浸渍法制备的催化剂,但汽油(C5~C11)选择性高,且选择性在前驱体去结晶水后有所增大.

采用TiCl4和La(NO3)3·6H2O共沉淀法制备固体超强酸SO4^2-/TiO2-La2O3催化剂。制备条件为nTi/nLa比为8:1,-15℃陈化24h,120℃干燥12h,浸渍液硫酸浓度为0.5mol·L^-1,浸渍4h,120℃干燥1h,400℃焙烧4h的催化剂对乳酸与乙醇的酯化反应有较高的活性。将此催化剂用于乳酸和乙醇合成乳酸乙酯的酯化反应,考察了催化剂用量、乙醇和乳酸的物质的量的比、反应时间、带水剂环己烷的用量对酯化反应的影响。实验结果表明,醇酸物质的量的为2.0:1,催化剂用量为所用乳酸质量的1.4%,环己烷为乙醇体积的78%,反应时间4h条件下酯化产率达82%。催化剂易回收,使用寿命长的优点。

建立了高锰酸钾电位滴定测定锰的方法,研究了不同合金中测定锰的条件。结果表明:在焦磷酸钠介质中,采用Pt指示电极和Ag参比电极指示滴定终点,用KMnO4溶液滴定Mn(Ⅱ)为Mn(Ⅲ),测定6.00~30.00mgMn,相对误差≤±0.33%,加标准回收率在99.60%~100.40%。方法准确度高,重现性和选择性好,操作简便,终点敏锐,已应用于锰质量分数为7%~98%的银、铜、镍、锰等合金中锰的测定,结果满意。
