双Y移30°永磁同步电机(PMSM)由于其结构特点,不存在感应电机的转差频率电流。在磁场定向控制过程中,不需要对磁链进行观测.因而PMSM的磁场定向控制简单。但是磁场定向控制方法依赖于电机精确的数学模型。根据双Y移30°PMSM的数学模型。选择了一种易于实现的六相PMSM高性能电磁转矩控制的磁场定向控制方法,并对其进行仿真。基于PMSM在六相静止坐标系下的数学模型,运用坐标变换理论建立了PMSM在二相旋转坐标系下的数学模型。与六相静止坐标系相比,数学模型在两相旋转坐标系下有了很大的简化,降低了微分方程阶数。直轴电磁链和交轴磁链不再是角度的函数。在此模型下,用基于id=O的磁场定向控制方法完成对双Y移30°PMSM的解耦控制.通过仿…

日本大昭和板紙吉永工場は,富士山の豊富な地下水と,首都圏に近い立地条件を生かし,古紙パルプ原料をメインに『都市型の資源リサイクル工場』として,洋紙・板紙を年間約660,000t生産している。抄紙機は,板紙抄紙機3台と,洋紙抄紙機2台の計5台の抄紙機を有している。今回紹介するN1m/cは,1979年に稼動し,リサイクルPPC用紙・IJフォーム用紙を抄造している。2007年1月に,サイズプレスをポンドタイプの塗工型式から,メッツォ社製のオプティサイザに改造をおこなった。本稿では,N1m/cの設備概要と,オプティサイザの現在までの操業経験について報告する。
