用热分析(TG/DTG)技术研究了固态水杨酸钙(Ca(H4C6OHCOO)2·2H2O)在空气中的热分解过程.热分析结果表明,Ca(H4C6OHCOO)2·2H2O在空气中分4步分解.用Friedman法、Flynn-Wall—Ozawa(FWO)法和ASTME698法求取了Ca(H4C60HCOO)2·2H2O(s)失水过程的活化能E,并通过多元线性回归法给出了可能的机理函数.

在聚氯乙烯(PVC)挤出成型工艺的基础上,结合聚氨酯(PU)的反应特点,选用经钛酸酯表面处理过的纳米二氧化硅(nano—SiO2)作为纳米材料,对PU/nano—SiO2/PVC复合材料进行了探索,利用超声辐照技术并经搅拌将nano—SiO2分散于液化4,4-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(L—MDI)中,良好地解决了物料的分散问题;研究了反应挤出工艺条件对复合材料性能的影响。结果表明:挤出速度40~50r/min、均化段温度180~190℃最为合适;PU/nano—SiO2的质量比为5:1时,对PVC的增韧效果最佳,PU和nano—SiO2能协同增韧PVC,且nano-SiO2具有补强作用,当PU/nano—SiO2/PVC质量比为5:1…

采用熔融挤出法制备了尼龙612/环氧树脂(EP)/苯乙烯-乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚弹性体与马来酸酐接枝共聚物(SEBS-g—MAH)/聚碳酸酯(PC)共混合金,并研究了合金的力学性能及微观形态。结果表明:尼龙612/EP/SEBS—g—MAH/PC合金各组分质量比为75/2/9/25时,合金的冲击强度比纯尼龙612提高了278.7%,断裂伸长率提高116%。微观结构形态研究表明:合金分散相的尺寸减小、分布更加均匀。
