研究了酸性介质中EDTA对高钛渣与NaOH熔盐反应水洗产物中Fe3+的络合作用,考察了EDTA加入量、反应时间、pH值和温度对Ti4+和Fe3+溶出率的影响.结果表明,增加EDTA量、延长反应时间、减小pH值及升高温度,Fe3+溶出率增大.将反应后的固相在105℃下水解可制得球状锐钛型TiO2,平均粒径为100nm,纯度可达99.3%.

采用燃烧法合成Tb^3+,Ce^3+ 掺杂的CaAl12O19发光粉,样品经紫外光激发后发明亮的黄绿光。使用X射线衍射仪、扫描电镜对所合成样品进行物相和显微结构分析。结果表明:所合成的发光粉晶相为CaAl12O19,合成物由微米级微小晶粒构成,随着燃烧引发温度的升高,样品的结晶程度相应提高,晶粒尺寸增大。荧光分光光度计测定了所合成样品的激发光谱和发射光谱,其激发峰和发射峰显示CaAl12O19:Tb^3+,Ce^3+ 的发光主要是由Tb^3+的4f组态电子的^5D4→^7FJ跃迁产生,Ce针将吸收的能量传递给了Tb^3+而起敏化剂作用。

采用固相法制备了尖晶石LiMn2O4,将Li^+和La^3+复合掺入到主尖晶石相LiMn2O4中,研究了不同掺锂量和不同掺镧量对材料电化学性能的影响。利用XRD和SEM等对材料的物理性能进行了检测,结果表明掺杂锂、镧的材料具有尖晶石相,颗粒尺寸为7~8μm。电性能测试结果显示材料具有良好的电化学性能。
