采用溶胶-凝胶法合成粒径为3nm的TiO2颗粒,通过尾静脉注射到小鼠体内,在不同时间点剖取重要脏器,并用电感耦合等离子体-质谱法(ICP-MS)测量各个器官内TiO2的含量。结果显示,尾静脉注射进入小鼠体内的TiO2,很快随血流分布到全身各脏器,滞留在体内的TiO2主要集中在肺、肝、脾三脏,每克组织的摄取量(%ID/g)分别在6h、1h、1h达到最大值141.73%、25.55%、18.07%。实验还发现,对照组小鼠脑中Ti的含量高于血液,静脉注射3nmTiO2后,小鼠脑中Ti的含量显著增加,在实验的各个时间点(除0.5h),实验组小鼠脑中Ti的含量都比血液高。结果表明纳米TiO2颗粒的脑毒性研究可能成为其生物效应研究的重点。
