SiC f /Ti-6Al-4V复合材料的界面反应及其影响

采用扫描电镜和透射电镜研究了SiCf/Ti-6Al-4V复合材料的界面反应,并借助纤维顶出试验和有限元方法,分析了界面反应层厚度对界面剪切强度和残余热应力的影响.结果表明: SiCf/Ti-6Al-4V复合材料界面反应产物主要为TiC,其又分为二层,晶粒较粗大的TiC层靠近基体钛合金,晶粒细小的TiC层靠近SiC表面的碳涂层;随着反应层厚度的增加,界面抗剪强度提高,纤维和反应层内的径向残余热应力有所增大,反应层内的环向残余热应力分布有所改变.

为了改善Mg2Ni型合金的电化学贮氢性能,用Co部分替代合金中的Ni。用快淬工艺制备了纳米晶和非晶Mg20Ni10-xCox(x=0、1、2、3、4)贮氢合金,分析了铸态及快淬态合金的微观结构,测试了合金的电化学贮氢性能。研究了Co替代Ni及快淬工艺对合金电化学贮氢性能的影响。结果表明,Co替代Ni不改变合金的Mg2Ni主相,但形成了第二相MgCO2。在快淬(z—O)舍金中没有发现非晶相,但快淬(z=4)合金显示了纳米晶、非晶结构,表明Co替代Ni提高了Mg2Ni型舍金的非晶形成能力。熔体快淬显著的改善了合金的电化学贮氢性能,合金放电容量和电化学循环稳定性均随淬速的增加而增加。

目的:二硫苏糖醇(DTT)和β-巯基乙醇(2-ME)是十二烷基硫酸钠-聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(SDS-PAGE)技术中最常用的2种还原剂。文中旨在观察这2种还原剂在SDS-PAGE电泳过程中的扩散效应及建立规避扩散效应的方法。方法:将含有还原剂的蛋白样品和未还原蛋白样品间隔上样进行电泳,通过观察未还原样品的电泳条带来判断是否受到邻近泳道还原剂的扩散影响。结果:还原剂DTT或2-ME可扩散到邻近泳道,使未还原蛋白样品发生部分还原,扩散效应的强弱与还原剂的含量成正相关。结论:SDS-PAGE电泳过程中DTT和2-ME均存在扩散效应,在同一块凝胶上同时分离还原蛋白和未还原蛋白时,至少应该在2个泳道间设置一空白泳道,以规避扩散效应。

通过Heck偶联法制备了一种新型p-/n-掺杂型电致发光材料——3-十二烷氧基噻吩-共-1,3,4-噁二唑共轭低聚物(P3DDOTV—OXD),用核磁共振氢谱(^1H NMR)及凝胶色谱(GPC)对其结构进行了分析表征.用紫外-可见光谱法(UV-Vis)、荧光光谱法及电化学分析法对其光学和电化学性能进行了研究.结果表明:P3DDOTV-OXD的重均分子量为:5287(四氢呋喃为流动相,聚苯乙烯为标准样品).在氯仿溶液中,P3DDOTV-OXD的紫外最大吸收波长为314nm,在401nm处发射出明亮的蓝光;其最大发射波长较规整均聚物(HTP3DDOT)(λmax=516nm)蓝移了115nm.循环伏安测定结果表明:P3DDOTV—O…

分别以球状纳米silica和悬浮聚合法制备的核-壳型silica-苯乙烯与丙烯酸甲酯共聚物杂化体为载体,采用化学接枝方法,制备了Salen—Co配合物固载型催化剂。采用FT—IR、TG—DTA和TEM对这些催化剂进行了表征。结果表明:核-壳型催化剂其壳层性质可通过改变两个单体的比例来调变,随单体丙烯酸甲酯比例的增加,壳层由聚苯乙烯占优逐渐过渡到以聚丙烯酸甲酯为主,接枝的钴配合物负载量也相应增加。在以分子氧作氧化剂,异丁醛作牺牲醛,催化环己烯氧化反应中。核-壳型催化剂在反应速度和环氧选择性上均优于silica型催化剂;相反,在反式二苯乙烯氧化反应中,则是后者明显优于前者。造成这种差别的原因很可能与壳层表面聚合物与两个反应底物的亲和力…
