介绍了采用高温固相法合成掺铬Li4Ti5O12作为锂离子电池负极材料,并对材料进行了X射线衍射分析、SEM、电化学阻抗测试、循环伏安测试及恒电流充放电测试。铬的掺杂并未改变材料的晶体结构,但降低了材料的规整度。实验结果表明:铬的掺杂在一定程度上改善了锂钛氧化合物的电化学性能,降低了电极极化,在电极表面未形成钝化膜。其中以掺杂比为Cr∶Ti=1∶10(原子比)的材料性能最好,首次放电比容量可达到175mAh/g,经过50次循环后,放电容量仍保持在166.5mAh/g。

利用溶胶-凝胶技术制备Eu^3+、V共掺杂的SiO2材料,通过差热-热重分析、傅立叶红外光谱、X射线衍射、激发光谱与发射光谱等测试手段对粉末的晶型、结构、发光性质进行研究.结果表明:材料属于非晶态,800℃退火后Eu^3+、V共掺杂的SiO2样品的结构基本稳定,只存在SiO2的网状结构;激发光谱显示,Eu-O电荷迁移带随着V掺杂量的增加而消失,产生强度较大的320nm处的7^F0→5^H3跃迁;发射光谱显示.随着V的掺人,最佳激发波长由393nm向320nm转移,同时出现了467nm,577nm,588nm,612nm处的发射峰,它们分别归属于Eu^3+的5^D2→7^F0跃迁与VO4^3-的蓝色发射的叠加跃迁、Eu^3+的5^D…

Results of mathematical modeling of a plastic current in top of the stopped crack are resulted. Two stages of the process corresponding to loaded and unloaded samples are allocated.
