利用溶胶-凝胶技术制备Eu^3+、V共掺杂的SiO2材料,通过差热-热重分析、傅立叶红外光谱、X射线衍射、激发光谱与发射光谱等测试手段对粉末的晶型、结构、发光性质进行研究.结果表明:材料属于非晶态,800℃退火后Eu^3+、V共掺杂的SiO2样品的结构基本稳定,只存在SiO2的网状结构;激发光谱显示,Eu-O电荷迁移带随着V掺杂量的增加而消失,产生强度较大的320nm处的7^F0→5^H3跃迁;发射光谱显示.随着V的掺人,最佳激发波长由393nm向320nm转移,同时出现了467nm,577nm,588nm,612nm处的发射峰,它们分别归属于Eu^3+的5^D2→7^F0跃迁与VO4^3-的蓝色发射的叠加跃迁、Eu^3+的5^D…

用溶胶-凝胶法制备了La0.8Ba0.2MnO3纳米粉体材料,对样品的凝胶进行热差热熏和红外光谱分析,结果表明,凝胶的加热煅烧过程中可以分为脱吸附水、有机物分解、硝酸根分解和钙态矿形成四个阶段。X射线衍射分析表明它是单一的钙态矿结构,扫描电子显微镜分析表明粉体呈球形巍径约80nm。

基于三元微观相场动力学模型,结合原子图像和体积分数等手段模拟了Ni75Al6Cr19合金在不同温度下的沉淀行为。结果表明:随着时效温度从873 K升高至1 023 K,Ni75Al6Cr19合金由DO22和L12两相共存组织转变为DO22单相组织;受弹性畸变能影响,有序相颗粒沿[100]和[010]方向排列,且时效温度升高,择优取向性愈发显著。平衡时,先析出DO22相的体积分数大于后析出L12相的体积分数。

锑掺杂氧化锡(ATO)纳米级粉体作为一种新型多功能粉体,具有可见光透过率高、能反射红外线等特征。与传统防静电材料,如炭黑、表面活性剂、金属粉体相比具有优良的性能。ATO纳米粉体已经成为性价比很高的建筑隔热材料和透明隔热涂料用基本材料。采用XRD(X射线衍射)、BET(布鲁瑙厄一埃梅特一泰勒法)和TEM(透射电子显微镜)对市场上3种锑掺杂氧化锡(ATO)纳米粉体进行了分析。结果表明:这3种ATO纳米级粉体的粒径为7.1~16.2nm,比表面积为37~82m^2/g,松密度为0.52-1.01g/mL,粉体的分散性能差异较大。

采用传统陶瓷制备方法,制备了一种新型无铅压电陶瓷材料(1-x-y)Bi0.5Na0.5TiO3-xBi0.5K0.5Ti03-yBiCrO3(简写为BNT-BKT—BC—x/y).研究了该体系陶瓷微观结构、压电性能和退极化温度的变化规律.结果表明:除x=0.18、y=0.025的组成析出第2相外,其他组成陶瓷均能够形成纯钙钛矿固溶体,陶瓷三方、四方共存的准同型相界(MPB)成分范围为.27=0.18~0.21,y=0~0.02.在准同型相界成分附近该体系陶瓷压电性能达到最大值:d33=168pC·N^-1,kp=0.326.采用平面机电耦合系数kp和极化相位角θmax与温度的关系确定的退极化温度基本相同,陶瓷的退极化温度随BC含量…

利用红外吸收光谱研究了Bi2O3-B2O3-RnOm玻璃体系的结构,讨论了Bi2O3、B2O3在玻璃网络结构中的作用及Bi2O3/B2O3(25/45~55/15,摩尔比)比例变化对该体系结构的影响。玻璃试样用传统的熔融法制备,900~1 100℃在硅碳棒电炉中熔化,部分浇铸成型,500℃左右保温2 h进行退火;部分水淬,球磨。研究了Bi2O3、B2O3含量的变化对网络结构的影响,指出在不同含量时Bi2O3、B2O3在玻璃网络结构中形成的微观结构不同,由此导致了玻璃宏观性能的不同。为低温封接材料的组成及性质的调整提供参考。
