合成了δ-MnO2及不同Mn含量(4.8%、25.5%、34.9%)的3种δ-MnO2膜-蒙脱石复合体(FHT-1、FHT-2、FHT-3).在模拟酸性环境中(pH=4.0、4.7、5.5),通过膜分离和加入强还原剂两种实验方法定量探讨了以颗粒态和膜形态存在的δ-MnO2的吸附和氧化作用各自在次甲基蓝脱色中的相对贡献及环境地球化学意义.结果表明,在pH=4.0~5.5范围内,膜态δ-MnO2对次甲基蓝的氧化脱色率随pH降低而升高,吸附脱色率随pH降低而降低.蒙脱石的存在阻碍了δ-MnO2的结晶,增加了其无定形程度,致使膜态δ-MnO2比颗粒态δ-MnO2具有更强的氧化活性,能更有效地氧化有机物次甲基蓝.由于锰氧化物膜在自然环境中广…

本文利用RT-PCR和RACE方法,获得了家蚕Bombyxmori丝氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂基因(serpin)的开放读码框(ORF)和5′UTR序列。根据该基因与其他昆虫serpin的同源性关系将其命名为家蚕serpin-6基因,GenBank登录号EU159447。为了研究serpin-6与家蚕免疫反应的相关机理,对serpin-6基因的组织表达和免疫刺激反应进行了研究。结果表明该基因在家蚕的头部和生殖腺中mRNA表达量非常高,在中肠,脂肪体,丝腺和血淋巴表达量较低。用脂多糖(LPS)刺激5龄第3d家蚕后,serpin-6基因在脂肪体和血淋巴中都被显著诱导表达,且都在刺激6h后表达量最高。推测该基因在家蚕细胞免疫反应中起着一定的作用。

以高铝矾土和氮化硅为主原料,二氧化硅微粉、高铝水泥、α-Al2O3微粉等为辅助原料,Si粉为添加剂,外加定量的水和分散剂配制成70%(质量分数,下同)高铝矾土和10%氮化硅的矾土一氮化硅浇注料,并利用回转抗渣试验研究了不添加与外加2%和4%的Si粉对矾土一氮化硅浇注料抗高炉渣(碱度为1.3)侵蚀性能的影响。结果表明,添加si粉明显改善其抗侵蚀性能,而且随添加量的增加,侵蚀指数显著降低。分析认为:1)矾土一氮化硅材料中非氧化物材料在表层的氧化和相继形成的SiO(g)在表层的沉积,使表面形成致密层,使材料具有“自阻碍氧化”能力;2)si,N2氧化时,不论是生成SiO2还是SiO气体,均伴随着N2的生成和逸出,不利于材料表层致密度的提高…

将新鲜柑桔皮渣分别经微波和气流干燥,制备了一系列柑桔皮渣生物吸附剂.将吸附剂用于吸附含镍废水,研究干燥方式对吸附剂性能的影响.结果表明:各吸附剂的吸附动力学符合二级动力学模型,气流干燥吸附剂对Ni2^+的二级动力学常数比微波干燥吸附剂的大.各吸附剂对Ni2^+的等温吸附曲线均能用Langmuir和Freundlich等温吸附模型描述,采用微波干燥可增大饱和吸附容量,且微波强度越大,饱和吸附容量越大.

研究了聚丙烯(PP)/尼龙(PA)/玻璃纤维(GF)/炭黑(CB)四元复合体系的逾渗现象与压阻行为。通过SEM分析得出PA/CB体系的逾渗作用及其包裹GF对PP逾渗作用形成的导电网络是四元体系导电的根源,而且电阻的变化与GF的含量密切相关。GF低含量下出现微弱的NPC现象,在高含量下随应力的增大先出现的NPC现象,后出现PPC现象,本文对两种现象出现的原因进行了理论阐述。经多次应力循环,体系电阻的稳定性得到很大改善。

以正硅酸乙酯和硝酸盐为原料利用溶胶-凝胶法制备Ni0.25Co0.25Zn0.5Fe2O4/SiO2纳米复合材料。用TG-DTA分析热处理过程中干凝胶的质量变化。用XRD、TEM和VSM分析样品的结构、晶粒尺寸和磁性。结果表明:随热处理温度的升高,NiCoZn铁氧体的晶粒尺寸、比饱和磁化强度和磁场强度逐渐增大;1100℃热处理后,样品中Ni0.25Co0.25Zn0.5Fe2O4平均晶粒尺寸为62nm,比饱和磁化强度σs为53Am2/kg,磁场强度Hc为8.04kA/m。

微合金化是提高钢材力学性能的有效方法。选择在低碳锰钢中加入微量的V、Nb、Ti3种合金元素实现微合金化。并通过工艺参数的优化,制备了V,Nb,Ti质量分数分别为0.047%,0.031%,0.025%的多组元微合金化钢,σb为805 MPa,σ。为590 MPg。通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和透射电子显微镜(TEM)的观察,分析了合金元素的析出强化和晶粒细化对钢材力争性能的影响规律。

为制备肿瘤增殖显像剂3′-脱氧-3′-氟胸腺嘧啶脱氧核苷(3′-deoxy-3′{luorothymidine,^18F-FLT),合成了标记前体3-N-t-叔丁氧羰基-1[5’0-(4,4′-二甲氧基三苯甲基)-2′-脱氧-3′-0-(4-硝基苯磺酰基-β-1)-苏戊呋喃糖]胸腺嘧啶脱氧核苷(N-BOC-FLT)并进行了标记。标记前体和各步合成中间体均经红外、核磁共振和质谱确证;于120℃进行亲核氟化反应,标记率为(35.2±5.8)%(经校正,n=2),用TLC和HPLC检测其放化纯度(RCP)大于95%,可满足临床研奔的要求。
